Criticism of the harmful effects of all vaccines and not just covid, is gradually growing. Illness and death as side effect of covid is now an open secret, while still being pushed onto people through the back door, since legally it is still voluntary. Excessive vaccines have been pushed into kids on fake science stating kids are born without any immunity and hence they can only survive by a plethora of vaccines early into them, as if our ancestors going back millions of years were all vaccinate by some extraterrestrial creatures, since we did not have any vaccine ourselves then.
Here is Dr Suzanne Humphries speaking on it
PANDEMIC AMNESTY
Now the medical establishment is asking for a COVID amnesty, acknowledging harm done to people through the covid 19 vaccine and asks that we forget and forgive the people that pushed it.
And then here is an interview I did with a mother in India that lost her child to the covid vaccine. Both took the first vaccine together. Both got sick, but the mother recovered. The daughter went brain dead and died in ten days.

Being a resident of Delta, BC, Canada, i live in the coastal region bordering the pacific ocean. Consequently, I have seen my share of plovers, particularly the black bellied plover, and, occasionally, a golden plover. These are shore birds with a difference. To start with, they are not always at the shore line and can be seen further inland, much like many other shorebirds. But unlike the usual group of peeps – sandpipers – these are slightly more bulky and less streamlined, with a recognizably thicker and robust beak. Clearly, they are designed to digest a different range of food from your usual dunlin or pectoral sandpiper.
I have always found it difficult to see plovers up close, no matter where I sit or stand, Open shorelines offer little camouflage for someone like me and I have never taken the trouble of carrying my own blind.
Lastly, I see far more black bellied plovers than I see American or Pacific golden plover.
But all that changed when I came to Manitoba, and went north to Churchill by the Hudson Bay in October 2022, in the hope of seeing some polar bears in the wild. Apart from polar bears, I ended p seeing a lot of plovers up close. And voila, they were golden plovers, and with no confusion on the species because the “gold” in the golden plover was so brilliant and so close to me.
All I had to do was stay still, hold the camera to my eye, and wait for the wary bird to step out of the bush, in the open, without scaring it off.
The world may be entering the twilight zone. I myself, at my age, may never be able to return to Manitoba to see the diminishing groups of polar bears again. I may never again see the beautiful golden plover so close in the bush again.
But for now, I was thankful for the planet offering me another glimpse of how life should’ve been.

Dear Mr George Harvie, Joginder Randhawa, Peter Van Der Valden,
Cc: candidates for council members,
This is a set of questions from the public, designed by me and asked by me. The reason for making this video with set of questions asked, is that I do not see real and relevant questions being asked to potential candidates wanting to be mayors or councillors of our towns, such as Delta BC. In my view, artificially constructed and less than most important issues are presented as questions, and candidates practice how to parrot convincing answers, essentially ensuring the real and serious issues remain sidelined, and less than sincere questions are asked to promote potentially less capable aspirants to gain public office, to possibly waylay functioning of democracy at the grassroots level.
Yes, I am serious.
I have three basic questions for you to answer, but will for now restrict myself to just two.
1)
Canada produces the most toxic food on the face of this planet, closely followed by the US, thanks to agro corporations influencing our government agriculture department, into turning original healthy farm practices on their head and make our food totally dependent on potentially hazardous and unnatural chemicals produced in factories in the name of fertilizers and pesticides, all masquerading as advanced technology promoted food production system. That our foods are the most toxic has been proven by Canadian Food Inspection agency being forced by citizens action to test and disclose results of all foods grown locally and imported for presence of highly controversial chemicals such as glyphosate based herbicides that kills just about everything except specially designed and patented GMO crops and also through policies of using desiccants to kill most non GMO food crops prior to harvesting. Results are out there. Big Pharma goes along with it. If the people, pet animals and wildlife are sick because of toxicity in food, feed and forage, it brings money to Big Pharma not to cure them, but to keep them alive and sick for life. As a result, Canada, along with USA, has the dubious distinction of being the sickest continent on earth – an open secret. Human autism at birth has moved from one in ten thousand a generation ago, to one is thirty today, heading for one in two in the coming decade. This is slated to destroy our civilization.
My question – are you even aware of this situation? If not, why should I consider you eligible as a candidate for Mayor? And if you are – why is this not one of the most important item in your agenda to fix? No, you are not allowed to sidestep the problem claiming this is Ottawa’s business. Public mass sickness is everybody’s business particularly mine and yours. I am doing my bit by asking you publicly. I expect you to do your bit and addressing this issue to the public.
2)
Canada has no constitution, either federally, or provincially or municipally. We are hoodwinked into thinking we have rights per some pieces of paper such as charter of freedoms and rights. These were penned by people other than representatives of the people and passed as acts of parliament, some federally and some provincially, penned mostly by corporations and bigwigs interested to protect their investment, and not geared to protect rights of citizens. Also and more damaging, all these clauses, being mere acts of parliament, can also be taken away by future acts of parliament as and when crooked parliamentarians controlled by big money wish to disenfranchise the people. However they would not have had such powers if these basic rights were enshrined in a proper constitution which would oblige the government to go back to the people in public referendums before basic rights can be infringed upon. The politicians have been either totally ignorant that we do not have such protection, or are very happy to maintain the status quo and engage in keeping the people blind to this very serious shortcoming.
We are not a democracy of the people, and will not be, till such time that our democracy is legally protected by a ratified constitution.
My question – are you even aware of this serious shortcoming of Canada’s apparently fake democracy where the people do not really have any real right? If you are aware, what are you proposing to do about it other than tap dance around it? If you are unaware, why do you consider yourself qualified to represent me?
These are my basic questions for now. I had a third question involving handling of the covid situation, but do not wish to drag this on. Perhaps I shall address the covid related issues on another letter.
If you care to answer to these two questions, I shall read them out in a future video including my comments if any. If you do not care to answer, I shall still make a closing video stating that you did not respond and I consider you to be essentially incapable to responding to serious and fundamental problems facing the people and hence are not any more suited to by my mayor, than a lamp post would be.
Thanking you Tony Mitra 10891 Cherry Lane, Delta BC, V4E 3L7, Canada
The title looks uninteresting, but I thought this is a good thing to post about, for amateur gardeners, to prepare for a future in making homegrown food without support of Industry.
So here is what was happening that I wrote about a few days ago.
This section of the potato bed was cleared. Apart from checking the tuber growth and deciding if the rest of the bed should be also cleared and potatoes all harvested, I had a few other goals. First was to check if the two kinds of potato planted there, red skinned Norland potato and white skinned Yukon gold, can co-exist. The other goal was to create space for planting a few of my trailing left alone remaining tomato plants still languishing in small pots with nowhere else to go – like homeless plants.
The original bed had multiple layers of organic matter, to supply slowly composting nutrients to the potato plants. As the soil was dug up, all the greens had vanished and turned into brown soil. However, the nutrients were mostly used up, I presume, by the potato. And potato belongs to the same group – nightshade – as tomatoes. This means tomatoes will looks for the same nutrients that potato is expected to have taken off the composted soil. This is why they say you should rotate the crop, and plant legumes where nightshades were grown one year, to help fix the nitrogen etc.
But I decided to rotate the soil and not necessarily the crop type, here in this mini-patch. So I removed all the soil and kept it aside, and first buried the potato plants themselves, to provide the next cycle of compost.
The harvested potatoes proved a few things such as: These two kinds of potatoes do not fight each under and can coexist. I presume this is because they are too closely linked genetically and recognise each other as friend rather than foe. This is not the case with Russian purple potato. They will fight each other, like H=hyena and lions in the African plains, the outcome depending on who has the greater mass. In the potato wars, if Russian potatoes outnumber the Canadian version, it will kill the Canadian varieties. If it is the other way around, the Russian potatoes will be killed.
I was happy to note that Canadians don’t fight Canadians. Nonetheless, I could see it is not a great idea to plant them together, since each needs its own separate level of watering. Therefore, you can either underwater one kind of overwater the other. Also, they have different stages of growth.
But, in a fix, the two can be planted, either in their own corner, or totally mixed. They will survive.
Lesson learned.
The next layer was old uprooted weeds that I did not throw away but kept bundled in a corner. They partly dried out in the strong sun, and partly started rotting when heavy rains made them soggy. Bacteria were already at work, along with lots of worms, insects and smaller micro-organisms. They were all busy recycling the organic matter, the essentials of composting.
So now I had partly composted wood at bottom, with crumpled fresh greens (potato plants just uprooted) and then semi browned and semi rotted weeds, mixed with minimum quantity of soil that came along with the pulled weeds.
I had the get the level right, so that when the plants are taken out of the pots and transplanted here, the level of soil would be right and n line with the lower half of the plants. Not a rocket science, but this is how I do it. I fill composted soil till the plastic part of the pots are buried, then take the plants out of the pots and place them in the hollow.
What surprised me were the number of works that wriggled out from the bottom of these potted tomatoes in the pot. How on earth they got there, is a puzzle. That’s nature, for you.
I have a strange but positive issue with the cucubrita family. This family includes pumpkins, squash, zucchini, cucumbers etc.
You see, I grow a lot of them, cook and eat them, and also pressure can and preserve those that I cannot eat in time. In the process, I cut and clean them before cooking or canning. I separate the seeds and preserve them. But, a few seeds escape the separation, or are knowingly discarded because they appear thin or somehow unappealing. So, all these left over seeds end up with the pulp and often into my vermicompost bin. A few times, it gets recycled by going out from the bin on to my garden beds. A few times the composted soil containing the bins spill over and land outside of vegetable beds.
What is interesting, is that much of these seeds remain alive and viable. So, at the right time in the season, they suddenly sprout, in unexpected places. How unexpected? Well, they crop up on the ground in my backyard, or in corners of vegetable beds designed for other plants such as tomatoes. They even sprout inside my vermicompost bin.
Since they produce food – dense and nutritious food, and I like them, I do not like to kill these suddenly appeared sprouts. Given a chance I transplant them to a proper bed, or try to let them grow right on the ground, if it is not in my walk path.
Now, the thing is, all these cucubrita plants looks somewhat similar when they first sprout. Their primary leaves that point down while pushing through the soil by their “shoulder”, usually yellow in colour, looks nearly indistinguishable, except perhaps in their size. For example, a cucumber seed is similar shaped but smaller, so the original sprouted leaves are also smaller. So, I usually do not know what kind of plant this will be, within the family. But by the time secondary leaves come out and starts growing, the distinctions appears. Each of these leaves have their own unique pattern. I can more or less identify proper pumpkins, although there are way too many varieties within pumpkins themselves. Then there are the squash varieties, a huge diversified group. Then there are gourds, cucumbers etc.
Sometimes I just don’t know and cannot guess that kind of a cucubrita this one will be, partly because we also get hybrids that did not exist in my garden before and I am not particularly aware of the types.
This is a sad tale of degradation of global food, thanks to westernisation of the food web – money for peddling poison.
Chickpea used to be a favoured food source for me. In India, a vast group of low income labour class people, in the hundreds of millions, live on a daily diet of ground dried chickpea – called besan. It is also a major food ingredient in Indian cooking across the land and across the economic spectrum, rich and poor.
Today, chickpea is perhaps the most toxic of all food grains, thanks to westernisation of agriculture, profit making for investors. Along with it goes ownership, control and serious manipulation of science research as well as representation of scientific data by the profit making corporations.
In fact, manipulation and corruption is science is one of the base issues for astronomical rise in power of corporations – from Big Pharma, to Agriculture. These have become the new tools of colonisation. The third and fourth pillar of this demonic system are warmongering and profiteering on weapons and deaths, and controlling the finance of the world through banksters and the super rich.
Everything of relevance that goes around the world today, are rooted to these issues.
But back to the chickpea. This grain gotten to be the the most toxic among all main stream food grains for humans that we know about. But, how do I know this is the most toxic grain?
I know this because I am the person that worked for a number of years to get the Canadian government to test all available foods for measuring the most used and most controversial poison in the world food system – glyphosate. No country had tested their foods extensively for presence of this dangerous slow poison that is at the root of my destroyed immunity, till I managed to get the issue on the floor of the Canadian Parliament eight years ago through help of one exceptional MP from BC, Mr. Alex Atamanenko. It is because of him that Health Canada was forced to answer to my query and allocate multiple millions of dollars to conduct the most extensive and so far only regime of treating thousands and thousands of samples of food grown in Canada as well as imported from some 68 countries, for presence of glyphosate and give me a set of all results. It is because of that body of data that I could analyse and come to a number of conclusions, and eventually ended up writing the reference book – POISON FOODS OF NORTH AMERICA. This image is from that book, containing over 400 charts, tables and data, that proves, for example, North America produces far and away the most toxic foods on the face of the planet, is seriously pushing this toxic technology to the rest of the world for owning and controlling the global food web. The data also shows that among all the food grains tested, chickpea happens to be the most toxic of them all. US plant pathologist and US bioweapons biosecurity expert, scientist Dr. Don Huber of Idaho explained to be the reason Chickpea accumulations more glyphosate more than any other grain. He even tried to train farmers of western North America how to avoid glyphosate and still get their pest control needs satisfied by using alternatives such as boron. But, economics drives the push for glyphosate. It is cheaper than boron, and corporations make more profit in use of glyphosate, than by items that are freely available and does not make profit for the agro-corporations.
Glyphosate is the molecule that is the Trojan horse that attacks our microbiome, are the thieves that steal the minerals from the soil and from the food that we eat, destroys our endocrine system the primary reason for runaway autism as well as other ailments such as diabetes.
Of course you will never hear it from your doctor. This is because the medical system, including all spheres of medical research and medical science have been captured by the same group that profits by keeping you sick. Any doctor that dares look beyond what he is taught and does independent analysis and speaks against the system, loses his license to practice medicine, and may even face charges for harming the population through disinformation. And yes, even the courts are in on it.
We have reached a point where doctors destroy health, scientists destroy science, lawyers destroy law, politicians destroy politics, economists destroy concept of economy, news reporters destroy news.
There is no free press, no freedom of expression, and no access to find truth easily. Propaganda goes for news and every pillar of the society is in on it.
Night is being portrayed as day. And if you disagree and question it – you are uncivil, and a danger to society, and deserve to be outcast and perhaps in a concentration camp. This is where we are now.
But, again, back to Chickpea.
The two tables in the image, both from my book, and based on data provided by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), under Agriculture Canada, which is under Health Canada – a wing of the Canadian Government.
The top table of the image shows how all non-organic chickpea from some countries. It is important to check how many samples were collected and tested. High number of samples indicate a lot of the stuff is available in Canada, and a lot of samples could be collected. Therefore the average is a good indication of the grain quality from that country. Low number of samples indicate possibility that the reading is not as reliable. Also, low number of samples mean less amount of the stuff is imported or otherwise available in Canada, and is perhaps less significant for us.
The last two columns are very important. They show how much of the samples are dirty. That means, for example, 85% of samples from the US were containing glyphosate. And, curiously, 15% were still clean (without glyphosate). In other words – if there was a way to find out where those 15% chickpea came from, one could perhaps even manage to find good stuff within USA. But by and large, the highest percentage of chickpea that are toxic, are produced in the US, followed by Canada, Lebanon and India. Curiously and sort of geographically, further you move away from North America, cleaner seems to be its chickpea.
But the real truth is – how much of those farmers have been influenced or coerced or manipulated, to use “westernised” and “modern” agriculture in the lure of providing sufficient food indigenously grown for their population. In general, westernisation has become synonymous to modern and better. If you do not westernise and modernise, you are not only backward, but also an ignorant fool and are going to be starving soon. This is what is being taught to people. Actual story is, you are handing over your food safety, food security and food sovereignty, to a foreigner and to their local collaborators. I do not know how else to say this.
The last column shows the average value of glyphosate in parts per billion. Obviously, the lower the better and higher the worse. And so, USA, Canada, Lebanon and India are bad news, of which USA and Canada are way worse, while they are busy trying to drag the other nations down to their level.
Then there is the question of the “unknown” country. According to CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) and I have communicated with them to understand this category – unknown means food samples where the origin in untraceable. Usually this means foods that are being sold in bulk in markets, in containers without packaging, and where the origin is not mentioned. This usually means food from local Canadian as well as cross border US farms. USA and Canada has an agreement where certain kins of food can be transported cross border free of charge, in bulk, and without need for packaging and mention of origin. A huge quantity of those approved food types regularly cross border between these two nations. Most food grains are included in this approved types. That is mainly why the “unknown” category turns up high in glyphosate content alongside Canada and USA.

Subject : No confidence in Prime Minister Justin Trudeau
Respected Governor General Ms Mary Simon
First, I would like to explain why I do not use titles as Your Excellency or Right Honourable when addressing you. I believe these are throwbacks of a feudal era of the British Empire where people of title were automatically regarded as superior humans than the commoner. To me, this is a distortion and counter productive for a functioning democracy where officials are supposed to serve the people and not lord over them. Also, calling someone Excellency implies he or she is my ruler such as a king or queen. You are neither and I do not pledge allegiance to fight to protect your honour. Quite the opposite, I expect your office to fight to protect my rights. In a functioning democracy, public is the master and the officials are public servants. Finally, addressing any government official as Honourable leaves the disrespectful implication that the public is somehow dishonourable. So, for all these reasons, you are, in my judgement to be addressed as Respected Governor General Ms Simon. The “respect” is to the important position you hold, but that respect is subject to your action. In other words, it needs to be earned and not demanded.
This letter is penned by me following the general lines of a sample letter circulating on social media for Canadians that are disappointed with the performance of Prime Minister Trudeau, and wishes to see the back of him. I have modified the original to better suit my opinion.
Justin Trudeau is not just a failure as a representative of the people and the leader of our Government. He appears to take guidance from overseas entities that are not elected by Canadians and is engaged in thoroughly and near permanently ruining Canada socially, economically, medically, and democratically, all based on unproven third party hearsay. He and his crony parliamentarians have actively thwarted and shut down attempts of citizens like myself, to demand that Canada conducts independent, in-house, transparent and verifiable assessment of all covid restrictions and prove to the Canadian people that these measures stand up on scientific basis.
Not only that, he makes a mockery of science by cherry picking what reports serve his purpose, and severely suppresses dissent in science – thereby turning himself more as a Stalinist arm of propaganda than anything that remotely resembles real science. He has also helped corrupt the media so thoroughly that their reports are worth little.
He is violating the rights of the people. He unleashes draconian laws under a emergency act that in itself should be illegal without public feedback and public access to both sides of an argument. I am aware that your office has signed these anti-people acts and have thus authenticated and helped enforce them. I hope you shall realise the implication of the actions of your office in legitimising such acts.
Lastly, much of this has been made possible because Canada does not have a proper constitution, either provincially or federally, that is composed for the people and ratified by the people. Lamentably, all political parties shy away from mentioning this serious drawback in our democracy, preferring the status quo so the parliament can hold sway over the people in passing ever harsher laws disenfranchising the citizens.
The Prime Minister then uses extremely hateful comments against people that disagree with him, trying to seriously divide the people and enticing violence by one group of people against the other. For this alone, he should be in prison.
He is unfit to serve any country in any capacity, least of all as a Prime Minister of Canada.
I shall await to see what, if any, action is taken by your office upon receipt of this letter.
Since I am not sure if your office will at all respond to this message, I also intend to to the following: 1) Read it out loud on a video and then circulating and sharing it widely among the citizens of the planet. 2) Send a copy to the Prime Minister of Canada as well as many members of Parliament and my local MLAs of British Columbia, for their reference.
I believe the working class of this nation is at the cusp of a general uprising against elite that runs the Government. This sentiment cuts across race, language, gender, and political alliances. It is likely the first ever global uprising in a mass struggle between the blue collar and the elites who captured all Governments and intend to rule the serfs by top down diktat. I remain hopeful that your office will recognise the winds of change, and act accordingly.
The iconic bird of Canada that is on it’s dollar sign. Hence it is also called a “loonie”. In summer, it can be found on lakes and large bodies of water all across the Canadian mainland. Its breeding plumage is spectacular. ITs haunting mating calls carry an unearthly ring and can be heard for miles, long before you can see the bird through the morning mist over the water.
In colder months it moves to the coastal waters of both the east and west coast of North America and can be found as north as the Aleutian islands off Alaska, and also the inland waters of the American southeast, such as Florida and its adjacent states.
It is present year round in some small pockets, in British Columbia, Canada. I am fortunate to be living in one such pocket, at the sourthern tip of British Columbia, just above the border with USA.
The Age of Covid has spawned a number of new items for the thinking man. Many of them are now aware of the real possibility of a systemic collapse staring us in the face in near time.
This group includes people who have taken the covid vaccine, as well as those that have not taken it and refuse to take it even if they lose their jobs and are willing to go to prison instead of take an injection into their body against their will. Both these groups now understand that a collapse is round the corner.
People who came to this realisation and wish to protect themselves, not from covid, but from this impending collapse, are beginning to get organised in small groups, away from the limelight.
These people are forming localised survival cells. I have been invited to three such cell meetings within driving distance from my home. They congregate once a week and not necessarily on weekends. I found it a bit difficult to attend three different cell meetings each week so have dropped one and am still attending two. Each group comprises of different people. Some are primarily elder ly people, mostly white local Canadians and immigrants from Europe or Australia, myself being a sort of exception.
Other groups are mostly younger, totally mixed, ethnically, culturally, linguistically and on religious affiliation or agnosticism. Here too I am sort of an exception, being 71+ in age.
All these groups want me to join and help them teach a few essential skills that they believe I have developed over the years – i.e. how to grow food, how to sprout food, and how to preserve perishable food without refrigeration.
These survival cells share a lot of important skills available to the members. I might be able to access a doctor who would visit me if needed under this systemic collapse where hospitals might close door or refuse service to the those without a vaccine passport. Some might be able to repair your car or the roof of your house, free of charge, when money no more has any value and normal day to day activities become very difficult to conduct.
One thing that has emerge among the byproducts in this age of covid – is a Faraday bag. This is a container, either metallic but more commonly of fabric, which is sprayed or woven with silver, gold or copper and will block all electromagnetic signals either entering or leaving it. It comes in all shapes and sizes, but the most popular one is where it is large enough for your hand phone and small enough to still fit in your pocket or you hand bag. We attend these meetings with the phone in such a bag, if we cannot leave it back home.
Why ? So that google or any surveillance app in the phone cannot silently track our movement or record out talks. This is part of the same protection system which prevents the folks from disclosing existence of identity of the cells or their members.
