The Moffatt declaration

Rob Moffatt sent an email, with the five point Moffatt Declaration. Among the half a dozen recipients, I was one.

I liked it, and decided to read it aloud live on Facebook. Here is the copy of the text and the video recording.

The Moffatt Declaration

23rd July 2020: 12:25 PM

The Moffatt Declaration: 

1 – The federal Government of Canada is not a legitimate government. Provincial and municipal governments within Canada are not legitimate governments. 

A) Governments in Canada are not legitimate, because they support, condone and/or engage in levying taxes upon social minorities, which taxes are then used; 

– to fund the formulation, promotion and implementation of laws and regulations that effectively deprive members of that social minority of; the safety of public and privately owned shelter, housing, employment, parental authority & custodial rights, or medical treatment. 

– to fund the formulation and implementation of mass-media campaigns which incite & promote irrational fear or hatred of the members of that minority among the general public. 

– to fund the formulation and implementation of social marketing propaganda campaigns directed at policy-makers, both inside and outside of governments, calculated to manipulate those policy-makers into believing that it is in their own best interests and the best interests of those they represent to support the above listed scapegoating and persecution of that social minority. 

– to fund and promote “research studies”, lacking genuine scientific integrity and objectivity, that are calculated to generate biased data and fraudulent or unprovable conclusions supporting the social marketing propaganda mentioned above. 

B) Governments in Canada are not legitimate, because they participate in conspiracy to deny members of scapegoated social minorities any effective means by which to air their grievances and/or seek redress for the wrongs that are inflicted upon them – including; representation by political parties, fair and equal access to mass media, complaints aired through human rights tribunals, defamation or slander lawsuits and Charter of Rights appeals. 

C) Governments in Canada are not legitimate, because policy and decision-making at all levels of government is generated not through a dialog between government members and the general public but rather through a dialog between government members and “opinion leaders” – unelected technocrats, ’cause’ & ‘issue’ activists, consulting company lobbyists and small groups of economically advantaged & socially connected elitists. 

D) Governments in Canada are not legitimate, because “public opinion” has been and continues to be hopelessly corrupted by a never-ending barrage of publicly funded social marketing campaigns designed to manipulate & control people’s thinking and behavior. 

“The will of the people” cannot be intelligibly discerned at this point in time, because what members of the public believe they know or understand about important policy issues is being manipulated and controlled by the very same “opinion leaders” listed above, i.e., unelected technocrats, ’cause’ & ‘issue’ activists and consulting company lobbyists. Governments in Canada are not legitimate, because they support, condone and fund this manipulation of everyone’s thinking and behavior. Until such time as these social marketing campaigns are adequately and impartially regulated, or better still banned entirely, it will remain impossible to determine what public opinion on a given issue would be without the distorting influence of social marketing manipulation. Governments cannot legitimately claim, therefore, that their policies are “endorsed by public opinion”. 

2 – Our current political, judicial and social institutions are hopelessly corrupted. Because they are corrupted, it will not be possible to use them to bring about meaningful reforms. 

  1. It will not be possible to use our mass media to reform our mass media. It will not be possible to use our judicial institutions to reform our judicial institutions. It will not be possible to use our political institutions to reform our political institutions. Genuine and meaningful reform will only be possible when our present political, judicial and social institutions are replaced or superseded xxx
  2. The people who run our institutions mentioned above will use those institutions to block attempts to reform them. Their power (and wealth) is assured by the corrupted state of these institutions and they will not hesitate to corrupt them even more if any serious effort is made to use these institutions against them. Constitutions, laws, codes of ethics – none of these can be used to stop them from doing what they are currently doing, because these people can always invoke the over-ride they have repeatedly used to corrupt our institutions in the first place – “the public good”. In the corrupted system we live within today “the public good” supersedes all else, and they are the self-defined interpreters and guardians of it. 

3 – Replacing our corrupted institutions “by force” is not an option. 

The people who run our hopelessly corrupted institutions are masters of conflict. They like “power struggles” in any form; economic, political, ideological, legal or violent. They like conflicts because they control the means necessary to winning them. They have stacked all the conceivable ‘decks’ and merely await the next sitting duck to come along and attempt to beat them at their own game. The use of any kind of “force” to dislodge & replace them, whether economic, political, legal or violent, is not an option. 

4 – Superseding the current system is the best option. 

The best approach to dumping our present, corrupted political, judicial and social institutions will be to render them irrelevant. This strategy is not just “below the radar” of our ruling elite’s prepared defenses, it is right off the screen entirely. It is, at this time, something that they cannot begin to comprehend and therefore something they will be unable to take seriously until it is too late- and that recommends this strategy as highly as anything could. 

Build a parallel “system”, one that has been vetted of their corruptions, one that is populated by people who sincerely wish to be a part of it – rather than populated by people who have no means to escape it, as is the case with our present corrupted system. Build parallel political, judicial and social institutions created through genuinely democratic processes and models such as the BC Citizen’s Assembly. Create small-scale “autonomous zones” wherein the corrupted systems have no authority and invite businesses and industries to operate within these zones on terms that are more favorable to them than what they can get in “the old Order”. Develop and grow these zones with refugees from the increasingly totalitarian and oppressive institutions we are currently trapped within. Make no direct or ‘forceful’ challenge to the old Order, just render them irrelevant, impotent and empty over time. 

5 – The first step in becoming free people once again is to declare autonomy from our corrupted system. 

I declare my autonomy from the federal Government of Canada, the Provincial Government of Nova Scotia and the municipal Government of Halifax Regional Municipality. I declare that I refute and repudiate all illegitimate government’s alleged authority over me and how I choose to live my life. 

Because I am at heart a law-abiding person, I pledge to adopt the Criminal Code of Canada statutes governing OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC ORDER, TERRORISM, SEXUAL OFFENCES, PUBLIC MORALS AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT, OFFENCES AGAINST THE ADMINISTRATION OF LAW AND JUSTICE, INVASION OF PRIVACY, OFFENCES AGAINST THE PERSON AND REPUTATION, OFFENCES AGAINST RIGHTS OF PROPERTY, FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS RELATING TO CONTRACTS AND TRADE, and WILFUL AND FORBIDDEN ACTS IN RESPECT OF CERTAIN PROPERTY as my personal code of ethics, never to be intentionally or knowingly violated by me. 

I declare that I shall respect any other laws and regulations passed by any level of illegitimate government only if reason and empathy tell me that I should, on a case-by-case basis as they may arise, and only because I freely choose to do so. I am a fully adult and mature human being, I do not require legal nannies in any form to watch over me or direct my every action. 

I declare that I will not be coerced into being either an active participant or passive supporter of the oppression by illegitimate governments of other autonomous persons. If that places me in violation of petty laws, bylaws or regulations enacted by illegitimate governments of any level, I will consider those laws, bylaws or regulations to be null & void in my life.

Canada, life in a Banana republic….   In modern usage the term has come to be used to describe a generally unstable or “backward” dictatorial regime, especially one where elections are often fraudulent and corruption is rife. By extension, the word is occasionally applied to governments where a strong leader hands out appointments and advantages to friends and supporters, without much consideration for the law. A banana republic can also be used to describe a country where a large part of its economy and politics are controlled by foreign powers or even corporations.

Is this just for us to read and file away, or is it for discussions?

I liked your five point Moffatt declaration, though might add my observations to it, where Canada is no more a self governed or internally ruled society, but appears to be a protectorate under a global faceless secretive dictatorship, where in house politicians are acting as local warlord collaborators that once controlled smaller pieces of land and passed the booty up the chain to the great dictator or emperor of the past.

This post should’ve been part of a discussion forum somewhere, for folks to comment on. Your points 3 and 4, where superseding a system is preferred over replacement – encourages further analysis and follow up.

Anyhow, not sure I know anybody else in this thread nor how or why I was included.

While we can only think Canadian, real forces bearing down on us  are global that have captured all the instruments of power in Canada and everywhere else. Canada is not the only banana republic, The earth is now a banana planet. The trick question might be – do we address it top down, or bottom up?

Thanks for the reply!  The Declaration is open for discussion, adoption and implementation.  Feel free to edit, share and use as you wish.   I included you as you were a guest on a previous Myth is Canada round table discussion.  I logged onto your blog and sent you some info on Codex, the League of Nations (UN) and non profit industry.  I thought you might be interested and copied you on it.

Indeed, the global revolution has begun and we will take back what has been stolen from us.  Remember Nuremberg, Least We Forget!!

Flyers about reducing property tax

Based on last update of meeting, some of us had decided to provide sample flyers, to be distributed door to door. Flyers could either be black and white and printed at home through laser printers, or they could even be coloured and printed professionally.

A few samples are shown here, provided by Tony Mitra (single side Black and White) and Marcella (two sided, coloured).

Letter campaign against the robbery of Canada

Canada is being robbed. Her wealth, freedom and future are being systematically destroyed, as per wishes of non-state actors such as WHO and Bill Gates. Justin Trudeau turns out to be a lap dog of these non-Canadian special interest groups. Please have woken up to the fact that Covid19 is a hoax.

A campaign of sending physical letters to Trudeau and the opposition leaders have started, as a brainchild of Sylvain Henry of the Facebook group Glorious and Free.

Physical letters carry more weight and are likely to produce a greater reaction from the recipient politicians, than an email. Sylvain Henry has some experience in this area. Subsequently, I have shot out quite a few printed letters to MPs. Just to make sure, I have paid stamp duty on them. There is varying views on if the “free mail” will be delivered to the recipients since Parliament has been shut down for now.

I am outraged at the way the government has conducted a daylight robbery of Canadian freedom, liberty and economic prosperity – based on fear of an unsubstantiated threat of an invisible virus, propagated by non-state actors without any in-house independent and unbiased verification of the level of threat posed by covid19 and without any assessment of the scale of damage that would be caused by a Stalinist style forced closure of Canadian economy, and shredding of the fabric of Canadian way of life and effective abolition of our basic rights. No scientist that may have a contrary opinion to the government’s action is allowed to be on the Canadian news.

I do not intend to bombard you with reasons behind my belief – as stated in above paragraph. I am sure you are fully aware of them, though you must be well prepared to deny wrongdoing and insist you have done everything about covid19 only to protect Canadians, everything except conducting an in-house, transparent, independent, unbiased assessment of the threat and the damage caused by the remedy.

I am, by this letter, like many more to every member of Parliament in Canada, asking you, Justin Trudeau, to remove support for the Trudeau government, the government that you yourself formed, so the government is toppled and perhaps a new alliance is made among existing MPs or a fresh election is called, so that Canadians can have a government that is for Canada and not for non-state unelected special interest groups.

So, please start a motion of no confidence at the parliament, or support one that is already raised by someone else, and defeat the current government that has become a harbinger of doom and destruction of Canada.

I write this letter to you as an elected member of parliament that frequently sends me emails on various subjects, that usually end with a request for donation. This time, I am writing back, regarding my view on the Trudeau government, and asking you in return, to help bring it down.

I am an Indian-born Canadian citizen residing in Delta, BC. I am livid at how the Trudeau government is engaged in a heist of Canadian wealth & freedom, acting almost as a paid goon for unelected non-Canadian special interest groups with a high stake in privatised medical tyranny by forcing unwanted, unnecessary, costly and potentially dangerous medication and vaccines that the people must pay for through taxes. These treatments will likely give a lot of people disease. The government will then further charge the people to treat the disease that it gives us. Trudeau has not conducted any serious in-house, independent, transparent and verifiable analysis of either the level of threat posed by this season’s flavour of coronavirus, not an analysis of the extent of devastation a Stalinist style force closure of socioeconomic activity has wrought on the nation. This is tantamount to launching a nuclear missile on Canada on the pretext of dealing with a mosquito flare up.

No Mr. Sloan, I did not write this letter to beat around the bush and I do not believe you can earn a donation from me until you can show us what you can deliver first. So, here I am, asking you, Derek Sloan, to first show your mettle in trying your level best to help dislodge Justin Trudeau from the chair of Canada’s Prime Minister, so Canada can have another shot at a more representative government. Specifically, I wish you to initiate a no-confidence motion in Parliament, against the current Trudeau regime, and to canvas every other law maker to join hands with you, and leave a trail of your efforts for us the people to see.

That would earn the respect and faith you are asking us to have in your political career.

I write this letter to you as an elected member of parliament and the leader of the NDP that is propping up the minority government of Justin Trudeau at this time of crisis. I consider you and your party to be in position to keep Trudeau in power and also to let him fall.

I am an Indian-born Canadian citizen residing in Delta, BC. I am beyond exasperated at how the NDP supported Trudeau government is engaged in a planned destruction of Canadian wealth & freedom for possible financial benefit of unelected non-Canadian interest groups. The Trudeau government has not conducted any serious in-house, independent, transparent and verifiable analysis of either the level of threat posed by covid19, or any honest analysis of the extent of damage this Stalinist style force closure of socioeconomic activity has wrought on our nation. This is tantamount to launching a nuclear missile on Canada on the pretext of dealing with a mosquito flare up.

You are noted to be quick to accuse other politicians of racism, and use the race card to divert attention from the cruelty of the current government on people of all race and colour of Canada, robbing them of their freedom, prosperity and future, and herding them towards a totalitarian medical mafia. I likely have a darker shade of skin than yours, and I find your race-card baiting to be a fraudulent game of smokes and mirrors.

No Mr. Singh, I did not write this letter to beat around the bush. I am, calling you out, Jagmeet Singh, to first withdraw support for Justin Trudeau and his liberal followers. Then I would ask you to join or initiate a motion of no confidence against the Trudeau government and do all you can to bring other lawmakers to have the Trudeau team booted out of power.

That would earn my respect and faith in your political career. Since you appear to live nearby in Burnaby, I would shake your hand sometime if you have the stomach for it.

But meanwhile, see to it that a no confidence motion is activated in the parliament, and help dissolve the current government that is behaving like agents of doom and destruction for Canada.

I write this letter to you as an elected member of parliament and leader of the Green Party regarding the way covid19 is used by the government lead by Justin Trudeau, to permanently devastate Canada.

Mind it, this is not the first time I have written to you. I shall be frank enough to state that your silence on each of my previous letters have not only been disappointing, these have hardened my views that our elected representatives are turning rogue. Nonetheless I am writing to you again under this extreme threat to our nation.

I am an Indian-born Canadian citizen residing in Delta, BC. I am outraged that the Canadian government has blindly taken medical advise from non-state actors to cripple Canada, without either an in-house independent, transparent and verifiable assessment of the level of threat posed by covid19 or an honest transparent assessment of the scale of devastation that Canada is being subjected to by a Soviet style forced closure of Canadian socioeconomic way of life and effective abolishment of our Charter of Freedoms and Rights. No scientist that disagrees with government’s action is allowed to be on the Canadian news. The media itself has been turned into a mouthpiece of state propaganda instead of a carrier of multiple points of view on any issue. And you, Ms May, as a long term parliamentarian, have been watching over these developments, and in my view, may have knowingly allowed this to happen. The current effort to murder Canada in order to save it from a virus  is analogous to launching a nuclear missile to kill a mosquito.

I am, by this letter asking you, Elizabeth May of the Green Party, to help evict Justin Trudeau and his team from the seat of power, so a new alliance could perhaps be made among existing MPs or a fresh election is called, so that Canadians can have a government that is for Canada and not for non-Canadian special interest groups.

This subject is so excruciatingly painful, to see total destruction of Canada before my eyes, that I am writing personalised individual letters to many MPs, and will share it with public and perhaps even read it out aloud in front of a camera, for sharing on YouTube and social media, to encourage others. I am afraid you, Ms May, will again disappoint me by sitting on your hands, but I cannot not try.

So, please initiate a motion of no confidence in the parliament against the Trudeau team, and help dissolve the current government that has become the black hole of doom and destruction for Canada. Even if you are the only person calling for a no-confidence vote, such an action may be the first of many nails on the coffin of a government lead by a delusional Justin Trudeau that perhaps wishes to transition from an elected MP to a two bit tinhorn dictator.

I did my bit as a citizen by writing to you. The ball, Ms Elizabeth May, is now in your court.

A book by Jesse Morrell

I received a note from a scientist friend from USA, who got it from Dr Jean Claude Perez biomathematician, collaborator of Prof. Montagnier, Nobel laureate of medecine who discovered the HIV. The author provided the PDF copy of the book to these people, for circulation. Apparently, it was reportedly available on Amazon, but was eventually banned and removed by them. Therefore, the author sent the PDF copy to the scientists for free circulation among interested people. As with all of this kind of information, they urge everyone to read partially but always good to be more informed.

In the 700 page book, the authors listed 36 reasons why the best explanation is a laboratory origin for the pandemic. One of those reasons, which may be a major reason, is the HIV inserts.

Since it has been banned on Amazon, the author wishes to have it shared free with anyone you think might be interested.

Let it be said, that according to me, the origin of the virus, while significant, does not take away the fact that it is still a relatively  lame virus not too different than seasonal flu of other years, and something to be mortally afraid about. This manufactured fear is being used it to subvert planetary governance an freedom. My focus remains on that.

A word of caution received by the US scientists about this book :

A reminder to search for the truth and weigh the evidence with an open mind.  It is a serious situation when the world economy is shredded and many lives lost unnecessarily.  Treason might be involved in the politics.

I have written several times to you and others of the BC assembly. Most of the assembly members do not even bother to read messages from Citizens or residents of the province. Further, the assembly has effectively disassembled itself, drawing fat wages while hibernating at home, imitating Nero while British Columbia burns into cinder.

Public is hypnotised by fear as the government, in collusion with an extremely biased media and overbearing influence of big Pharma and global corporations feed the flame of fear against a bogus virus that is no different from seasonal flu. The media has stopped even pretending to present all sides of any issue – and has become the mouthpiece for unelected globalist corporations pushing for medical totalitarianism. The fault of the destruction of free speech and freedom of expression lies at the feet of the do-nothing Government of BC, which has knowingly encouraged this state of affairs for over a generation.

Besides, the very concept of science and scientific research has been turned on its head. Instead of science being public funded, public owned and geared towards public good – it has been converted to be industry funded, industry owned and industry controlled. Industry is not interested in funding or supporting anybody that wishes to discover problems with its products. Scientists that talk against the wisdom of forcing unnecessary vaccines on an unwilling population – are being muzzled, defunded, and turned into academic pariah. Doctors that warn against it have their license to practice revoked. Science has consequently lost its neutrality, objectivity and honesty. It is more like voodoo and less like science at this stage. And all this has happened because the Government has allowed this travesty to take place.

You have helped destroy free speech, subvert science and now are engaged in destruction of British Columbia, to turn it into an outlying protectorate of BILLGATISTAN.

There seems to be no point any more in asking you to look into this or that aspect of the state of affairs. You have become incapable of responding to freedom loving British Columbian’s aspirations. Wise folks are still clinging onto fast disappearing branches of freedom in the swirling waters of the tsunami of a fake pandemic designed to engineer a planned Coup d’état to topple democracy, by a bunch of mediocre and unethical politicians wanting to turn into two bit tinhorn dictators. The people are given almost no option but to warn you.

So be warned.

This is a public letter and will be shared, and also be read aloud in Vancouver and wherever else I shall be protesting your effort to subvert British Columbia’s freedom.

Thank you for your email. As a practice, I have always answered my own emails. I also do not respond often to bulk emails and to emails that are not from my constituents.
In this case, I felt compelled to respond.
 
First, there is a lot of work undertaken by MLAs when the legislature is not sitting. In fact, MLAs are often far busier outside of the legislature than inside. This is sometimes hard for the public to see as most people’s interactions with a politician is at some sort of event. But I can tell you, the most rewarding work you do as a politician is to help constituents. For example, I will never forget being able to help two seniors get a new wheelchair for their 42 year old daughter. Or when I helped a grandmother get through the system and be able to adopt her grandson. But as the old saying goes, if a tree falls in the woods and nobody is there to hear it, does it make a sound?
 
The freedoms we have as a society should be one of our most cherished possessions. During this serious COVID-19 pandemic, those freedoms have been significantly restricted. And I can tell you that I am advocating for the removal of those restrictions as quickly as can be. The social and economic damage that has been done is enormous and both Federal and Provincial governments have not seemed to have done any type of analysis to determine what those impacts are.
 
As an opposition MLA, I look forward to holding the government to account for their choices.

The 38 day continued violation of our Constitutional rights is not acceptable. The covid-19 data doesn’t support the drastic actions taken.  The measures may have initially been implemented because your government was ignorant and needed to exercise the Precautionary Principle in anticipation that the British Columbian medical resources would be overwhelmed.  The forced closure of economy was to only reduce an anticipated rapid rate or rise of infection and to extend the span of the presumed pandemic, but at a slower pace over an extended period, so hospital staff could cope. The data now emerging does not support any extension/suspension of our Constitutional Rights and liberty.

Due to close proximity and contact with people of the US, we believe this novel coronavirus started infecting people of British Columbia in November of 2019 instead of march 2020. There are enough reports and records of it in the US which is emerging now.  By now the infection should have gone well past the necessary percentage of population to ensure herd immunity. We don’t need the cumbersome measures you imposed, as I believe adequate antibody testing will show,  if conducted right now on a few thousand random samples of people of the province.

 

In fact, there is now evidence that the whole pandemic as declared by WHO and Bill Gates has been engineered on fraudulent science, specifically to trigger fear and panic among the masses through doctored misinformation pretending to be scientific fact, thereby allowing governments to subvert democracy and act against the interest of the very people these governments were sworn to protect.

There is talks by PM Trudeau, essentially parroting Bill Gates, that normalcy may not return in Canada until there is a vaccine available.

Covid-19 is a flu variant. In the last 40 years, science has never succeeded in making a single flu vaccine that works, else people would have needed just one vaccine for lifelong immunity. Instead, there is a plethora of complaints that vaccines, for flu or other disease, brings on signs of autism and other illnesses in recipients, especially children that are subjected to most of these vaccines today. These reports of adverse reaction to vaccines are viciously suppressed by government health departments that have gotten beholden to Big Pharma, allowing it legal indemnity from prosecution for harm caused through vaccines. There are large number of British Columbian children that are now medically compromised after being vaccinated, and their parents are forced to run from pillar to post seeking justice.

This flu, just like most past infections, are mostly attacking people that have low immunity from either old age or from toxicity in their food and environment. One of the most relevant view, and the most suppressed, has been that infections in the past decades including HIV, Ebola, SARS,  H1N1 and now Corona flare up in regions where glyphosate, active ingredient in Roundup and other herbicides, has been used extensively, causing a steady decline in natural immunity in people.  Wuhan had the largest factory producing glyphosate for the world, and its waste was getting into the river systems converging on the province. Meanwhile Canada holds the dubious record of producing seed crops with the highest concentration of glyphosate in the entire planet – refer to CFIA data and my own published book “POISON FOODS OF NORTH AMERICA”.

Instead of eradicating the root issues that compromise immunity of the people, the Government is being complicit with Industrial Agriculture and Big Pharma to issue incorrect and ineffective guidelines to help profiteering by corporations and ensuring people remain sick, so more drugs and vaccines can be rained down on them.

The corporate and government controlled media has become a mouthpiece of propaganda instead of delivering unbiased view representing all sides of an issue. Free press has gone the way of the Dodo and the BC Government has done nothing to prevent the degradation of this important pillar of any functioning democracy.

Medical establishment is being coaxed to falsely declare deaths to be by covid-19 instead of with covid-19, where a vast majority of people dying are very old or with one or more serious pre-existing life threatening illnesses. The degree of deception here is mind boggling.

It is hard to believe you are unaware of these issues.

The economic price we are forced to pay, without our consent is worse than perhaps the great depression or the second world war – and all based on a fraudulent fear mongering of an invisible virus that science has not even conclusively proved that it exists, or that it is responsible for covid-19 or responsible for great number of deaths far in excess of average flu death ranges of past years.

The 15 day continued violation of our Constitutional rights is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! The covid-19 data doesn’t support the drastic actions taken.  The measures were initially implemented because we were ignorant and needed to exercise the Precautionary Principle in anticipation that our medical resources would be overwhelmed.  They would only reduce an anticipated potential increase in cases and extend the pandemic, but at a slower pace. The data we now have does NOT support any extension/suspension of our Constitutional Rights and liberty.

 

There is absolutely NO REASON why we can’t safely and responsibly open our economy right now and beat covid-19 at the same time. Much of the data available to the public is based on flawed models that are compromised and corrupted to generate fear and destroy rational thinking.  Where is valid data showing how many Idahoans are infected, recovered, immune or died from covid-19; and the benefit of a six-foot distance for an air-borne virus?

There is evidence that covid-19 was endemic in Idaho (Sun Valley, and Jackson Hole, WY) and documented in other parts of the U.S. by mid-November rather than mid-January.  Epidemiologically relevant models for exponential spread commonly used to justify the drastic restrictions in Constitutional rights would therefore need to be moved two months earlier than the January 20 date commonly used, and indicate extensive establishment in the society by now.  To get to Sun Valley, most international visitors fly into Boise.  Although most people experience little or mild symptom expression, the limited number of people that experienced a more severe reaction in November and December (“Jackson Hole Crud”) and lingering, persistent cough could ‘chalk it up’ to just a more severe form of the common flu. Fatalities almost uniformly succumbed from underlying conditions.  Epidemiologically, approximately 30 % of the population could have been exposed and recovered by the time the first individual case was documented in January, and 60 – 70 % by now, to approach the ‘curling’ phase of the epidemic/pandemic approaching ‘herd immunity’ suppression.  Since only the sick are tested, the available data misses the most important component of the population that could return to school and work safely because of antibody response level. They would not spread the virus or be susceptible to it.

The oppressive restrictions you implemented are counter productive and do more damage than good, are unconstitutional, too late (after the horse is already out of the barn), and unnecessarily harsh for this disease. Their continued implementation intensifies the economic, physical, and social damage that is being done; and stretches out the severe infective period by decreasing ‘herd immunity.’

Remediation necessarily includes immediate removal of restrictions, encouragement of immune system support by diet and exposure to the sun, and getting back to school and work for morale and the economy.  High-risk individuals should take special precautions to minimize exposure, and hospital personnel should be briefed on therapeutic responses (Vitamins A, C, and D-3, and I and Zn). The flu shot should be discouraged since it predisposes to covid-19 (Air Force study) – especially for the high-risk population. Individuals who are feeling sick should be encouraged to stay home until well and then move back to work or school.  Parks, beaches, lakes and other outdoor recreation facilities should be opened immediately and individuals encouraged to enjoy the out doors in Idaho’s beautiful sunshine to generate critical levels of vitamin D-3 to bolster the immune system rather than hunkered down in the dark.

I have attached recommendations Dr. Shiva Aayadurai, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, provided President Trump for a more detailed recovery response applicable to Idaho. [Note: Dr. Aayadurai corrected this letter to state 1 g/day IV vitamin C rather than 100 g!]

This disease genie can’t be put back in the bottle! It will be with us for a long time, as will the consequences of our over-reaction to it.  What will our reaction be this fall when the next ‘flu season’ arrives? What resources will we be able to take from other critical societal needs and muster for the fight – or will we already have squandered them fighting the windmill of covid-19 now? 

The consequences of fear are economic and social disruption.  Testing everyone to show the high level of immunity is one way to dispel much of the fear.  Acknowledgement of the safe, effective therapies that are readily available now need more publicity as do the large number of fully recovered individuals that can’t catch or spread the virus, but can function to provide a semblance of normalcy and suppress covid-19 spread to non-infected individuals. We are currently doing the opposite!

We don’t need the cumbersome measures you imposed, as I believe adequate antibody testing will show.

We demand that our government representatives carefully consider the following points and use extreme caution, wisdom and humility in making decisions that will impact the lives of every Canadian now and for the foreseeable future.

I. Impact of Indefinite Isolation

The fact is not all citizens are at equal risk of serious adverse effects from contracting CV 19. The current virus suppression strategy of mass and indiscriminate ‘social distancing’ is unsustainable, heavy handed, unethical, not supported by scientific evidence, and will undoubtedly cause more harm than good. It is time to re-evaluate the government’s response to COVID 19.

This devastating attack on the free will and self-respect of Canadian families is causing unconscionable hardships as never seen before. These hardships include, but are not limited to: job loss, income loss, severe stress impacting health, business closures, overall economic devastation, suicides, and negative consequences for families and marriages.

It is astonishing and completely unacceptable that these measures are being imposed upon the Canadian people by a small group of elected and unelected officials who are making poorly informed and dangerous decisions without adequate data, proper debate and public input.

Key points:

1. There is no scientific evidence to substantiate the effectiveness of “social distancing” as a medical intervention to reduce COVID 19 transmission and infection.

2. The imposition of mass and indiscriminate self-isolation measures prevents the development of natural immunity necessary to secure herd immunity.

3. It is the opinion of experts that efforts to suppress the virus through self-isolation measures prolongs the outbreak and puts more lives at risk, damages our economy and the mental stability and health of the more vulnerable.

II. Fast-Tracked Vaccines

Vaccine makers have already moved directly into human testing of a COVID 19 vaccine without the completion of animal testing.
Key points:

1. Unlike with all other pharmaceutical products, vaccine manufacturers are not required to meet the safety standards (double blind, placebo controlled clinical trials), there is no independent testing and testing data is not publicly available.

2. Fast tracking vaccine development is effectively human experimentation, a method that increases the risk of developing a dangerous product that may cause more harm than good and severely undermine the trust of Canadians in our health professionals, health agencies, and in the entire vaccine paradigm.

3. Previous attempts to develop a coronavirus vaccine have demonstrated the high potential for “immune enhancement” or “pathogenic priming “. III. Violation of Charter Rights and Freedoms

The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms requires that the response of governments to this challenge must remain rational and commensurate with demonstrable evidence, and the checks and balances of the rule of law. The severe curtailment of civil liberties without projected timelines for their rescission, the shutdown of economic activity and resulting job losses, the increase of human suffering through confinement and restriction of liberty, and the closure of courts of justice denying citizens a ready recourse, are all factors which bear close scrutiny, and must be weighed in the balance of a Constitution which zealously guards the rights and freedoms of citizens.

Governments may enact laws and pursue policies that limit Charter rights and freedoms, but the onus is on the government to prove that the limit is demonstrably justifiable in a free and democratic society.

Will You Protect Our Rights?

As an elected official or unelected health policy maker, will you honour your mandate to support actions that truly protect and promote good health without violating the constitutional rights of Canadians?

Will your decisions and actions be based on careful consideration of solid and verifiable information offered by leading scientists and medical professionals across the world, rather than solely on what is provided by the unchecked and unaccountable World Health Organization, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the vaccine industry?

Specifically, consider your stance regarding the following and answer these questions:

1. What is your position on protecting my ethical and legal right to informed consent for myself and my right and responsibility as a parent to make medical decisions for my children?

2. Where do you stand on the right to bodily sovereignty – my body, my choice?

3. Is it ethical to deny children, young people and others who are at low risk of mortality from COVID 19 the opportunity to develop natural immunity, and instead, to make them dependent on vaccine-induced immunity and the vaccine industry?

4. Why force every citizen to be vaccinated when only a small portion of the population is at serious risk from COVID 19?

5. Do we want to create further dependency upon vaccine induced immunity?

It’s vital to consider the admission of Heidi Larson, Director of The Vaccine Confidence Project during the 2019 WHO Global Vaccine Safety Summit:

“We’ve shifted the human population…to dependency on vaccine-induced immunity…We’re in a very fragile state now. We have developed a world that is dependent on vaccinations.”

6. Given a COVID 19 vaccine will likely be fast-tracked with inadequate safety testing, how willing are you to permit the vaccine industry to ignore proper safety protocols and procedures like animal testing?

7. Given the high probability of vaccine injury and death from an inadequately tested vaccine, who should be held legally and financially accountable for vaccine injuries and deaths?

8. The lure of tremendous profit creates the strong potential to exaggerate the benefits and minimize any risks of the vaccine and to allow profit to supersede health. Are our decision-making bodies sufficiently independent from industry influence and control?

9. Are there better and more effective investments of professional resources and taxpayer dollars – such as naturally boosting immunity with reliable dietary recommendations, vitamin supplementation, personal hygiene advice, clean water, reduced exposure to toxins, and other public health measures proven to promote health?

10. Can I count on you to stand firm and protect my rights and freedoms in Canada?

Canadian families demand that all provincial and federal governments immediately desist consideration of any health care strategy for COVID 19 that relies on indefinite isolation and the mandating of a vaccine or other coercive practices that impact the right of Canadians to enjoy health, sovereignty and free will.

What is the point in surviving if our rights and freedoms do not survive with us?

Nations should initiate independent risk analysis of COVID19

It is my belief that each nation might like to independently verify the risk posed by this Coronavirus, a variant of seasonal flu virus, and balance it with economic and psychological damage resulted by an economic lockdown of a country as a means to avoid infection, and not depend on opinion of the World Health Organization which is causing people to freeze in fear of a invisible enemy, one that has been with us for a long time without bringing the world to an end.

I hope rational thinking and proportional actions promoted by good sense would prevail. I may be that citizens need to come up with their views to counter any overreaction by Government agencies. It is the constitutional duty of the people to be vigilant on actions of the Government that can adversely affect people’s lives and livelihoods.

Attached is my letter to my MP in Canada, placed for record. I hope others that share the concern would likewise take this up with their representatives. I should be writing more letters in an effort to find one that will throw down the gauntlet and push for more investigation and verification of the threat posed by a virus against threat posed by committing economic suicide along with destruction of civil rights of people and infringement on their rights to normal life and pursuit of happiness.

Subject: Canada needs to independently verify level of danger posed by the Coronavirus

Honourable Minister Carla Qualtrough,

I have written to you before and also met you at your office in the past – mostly relating to Canada’s continued usage of herbicide glyphosate in agriculture and continued nondisclosure of safety data it received from Monsanto on the product.

This time I write to you on another current subject of great importance – yes, the so called pandemic on Covid-19. I have been gravely concerned about the economic consequence of Canada in essence battening itself down in fear of a flu virus named 2019-nCOV which occassionally causes a pulmonary disease called COVID19 which is similar in symptoms to average flu.

In this context urge you to consider the following:

* Coronavirus is a generic name for a virus family that has been around for a long time. Most of us have been exposed to it in the past. Our immune system usually deals with it without any fuss. Only some elderly and immunocompromised people mostly have trouble with it, and should be the ones protected.

* Todays Covid19 deaths, combined with the rest of the flu infected deaths are not outside of the range of seasonal variations in flu deaths of the past years. There is very good statistical data available from official sources that seem to indicate the declaration of a global pandemic by WHO may be a gross overreaction.

* Viruses mutate rapidly and their RNA can alter day by day or even hour by hour. There is no proof that the tests being conducted now for a tiny fragment of RNA to identify Coronavirus infection are in fact relevant, are actually from any specific strain of Coronavirus or from any other virus. These could well be junk RNA picked up from the mouth swabs that include cell excretion and other genetic debris.

* Despite whatever todays modern science says – no virus, let along a coronavirus, has successfully been isolated (from other genetic debris), purified, and its entire genome properly sequenced. Modern science has instead been shifting the goalposts to get around time tested postulates and gold standard practices in order to promote marketable products of questionable worth by the industry that controls science funding today. Science may be losing its original neutrality, objectivity and purity.

Above points are my educated opinion. I believe they are valid enough to warrant Canada to conduct independent, unbiased investigation on true risk posed by this flu virus, and not take WHO recommendations as if it is gospel from the heavens. Canada is an independent country and not a province of WHO.

I now request you to get this grave issue debated on the floor of the Canadian Parliament and to caution the Prime Minister not to play with the lives and livelihood of the entire nation by having Canada effectively engage in an economic warfare against its own self based solely on blind trust in international organisations such as WHO and the Corporate controlled foreign scientific establishments, both of which may have conflict of interest. Canada is not a banana republic and should be able to conduct independent unbiased verification of threat posed by a seasonal flu without external or internal influence and without conflict of interest.

You are my MP. Hence you are the first person I write to, but you will not be the last.

Mind it, I have never asked you for a personal favour and I never will. I only approach you on matters that concern the welfare of my country and my countrymen. In this, I am performing my duty as a citizen. I am hopeful you will perform yours as our representative in the Government.
