Amid this craziness across the planet on account of covid19, there is one item that has escaped much of the world, and it comes from India. Its a tablet, a medicine, for curing you from covid19.
The difference between a medicine and a vaccine, at least in theory, is that a vaccine prevents you from infection. The matter has been muddied as we are told that you vaccinating yourself does not protect you and you still have to wear a mask and socially distance yourself etc etc, and nobody is safe unless everybody is vaccinated. This flies in the face of the definition of a vaccine. This is why some believe, and with good reason, that this is not a vaccine at all, but a gene based treatment of some kind, but being palmed off as a vaccine, to increase acceptance level among people.
A medicine, on the other hand, does not prevent infection, but, it cures you should you be sick from an infection.
We have been made to understand that there is no way to avoid covid without masks, social distancing, lockdowns etc, and eventually we must take the vaccine.
However, there is one herbal medicine, named Coronil, that came about, claiming to cure you of covid19 sickness. It is claimed that for mild symptoms, it cures you in 2 days and for more severe cases it cures you in 7 days, with almost 100% success rate.
The product comes out from “Patanjal” a 500 million dollar medicinal business empire of a Yoga guru named Baba Ramdev, who is also associated with Hinduism as well as the current Indian government lead by Narendra Modi, often touted as pro-Hindu or promoter of Hindutwa.
As can be expected, the liberals, secularists, Hindu-haters and India haters pooh pooh everything about Baba Ramdev including this tablet. They claimed that, at best, this herbal treatment is an immunity booster and not a cure, and it should not be advertised as one. They threatened to take the matter to court. However, proof of its details of manufacture and testing, going into several hundred pages, were handed over to the Indian pharmaceutical establishment, which strangely enough, studied the documents and agreed this was a medication for cure. Not just that, the details and the samples were sent to the World Health Organisation and it is reported that WHO too approved of it as a medication for cure from covid19. I have not seen any document of approval from WHO, but have read about it on the news.
It contains a lot of tablets, and an adult that shows symptoms of covid19 infection might take 2 tablets a day for two days if mild, or unto 7 days if sickness is severe. Children may be given half dose.
The bottle is said to cost some US$ 8.
Even more strangely, supplies can be arranged either directly from Indian sources, or even through Amazon USA.
The whole thing, apparently, is legal and above board and approved, and yet kept completely out of news. Amazon in Canada does not carry it, but Amazon USA will send you for $18.21 for one bottle.
I just ordered one. Not sure how long it will remain available in USA, now that Biden and Harris are in charge.
Major General Bakshi is, as the name suggests, a retired Army officer from India. He is a known figure on India’s television, especially on pro-government channels on political debates. As one might expect, he is a staunch defender of India’s sovereignty and has little tolerance for forces that appear to want to destabilise the nation.
He recently tweeted that the recent event at Red Fort, Delhi, India, was a clear indication that Khalistani Separatist groups were planning to disrupt the Republic Day Parade by the protesting farmers in such a way as to provoke the Indian police forces to get alarmed enough to open live fire on the unarmed protesters, so that a massacre takes place, which will, in the eyes of the world, frame the Government of India for genocide and same time inflame the people of Punjab province that are mostly in the farmers protest group, to identify this as the second version of the Jalianwallah Bagh massacre.
OK, so what is this Khalistani separatism movement, and what is Jalianwallah Bagh ? Also, what is Republic Day and what happened on that day ? And what is the link with Canada ?
The Khalistanic separatist movement was active in India four decades ago, when some people from the Northern province of Punjab, that followed the Sikh faith, wanted the state to secede and form a free country – Khalistan. Most of the support for the separatism came from India’s arch rival Pakistan.
Khalistan is a concept of a free nation carved out of the northern Indian province of Punjab, and supported primarily by Indians of the Sikh faith. The movement for a free Khalistan gained popularity back in the 1970s and 80s in India and in time led to violent insurgency involving guns and bombs. Also, the main leader of the movement of the time, Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale, moved to the Golden temple, the holy temple of all the Sikh people and established a sort of a parallel government in Punjab, with guns and arms. Because it was the holiest of all Sikh temples, the government forces were at first reluctant to storm the temple, in fear or annoying sentiments of nonviolent neutral Sikhs. However, eventually the then Prime Minister Mrs. India Gandhi ordered special forces to storm the temple and apprehend or kill the armed insurgents. The violent encounter killed the leader and finished off the insurgents. The temple itself got bullet ridden and looked violated in the encounter. It was cleaned up and brought back to its original glory. However, this did annoy many ordinary Sikhs. Two young Sikh guards of the Prime Minister took revenge by assassinating the Prime Minister.
A point of view on future of Sikhism from The String
This assassination of an otherwise very popular and strong willed Prime Minister in turn infuriated Indians and there was a sort of instant anti-Sikh riot in Delhi where a lot of innocent Sikh’s got attacked and murdered. It is alleged that the police and the government forces looked the other way for a few days and let the rage take its course before it was controlled and ended. All this left a scar on the people of Northern India. As such Sikhs and Hindu Indians are very closely linked culturally, ethnically, and also through extensive intermarriages. So it is difficult to separate the Sikhs from the Hindu, in India or elsewhere.
Over the years, the Khalistan separatist movement died out inside India. Economy also has a role to play, I suspect. Two generations ago, Punjab, through industriousness of the people – had become relatively rich compared to the rest of India. They thought they might be better off being independent instead of trying to drag the rest of poor India with them. The Sikhs constitute around 2.5% of the Indian population. They adopted westernised agricultural practices early and hugely increased their agricultural yield, essentially becoming the granary for the rest of India at the time.
However, the table began to turn soon. Firstly, the extensive use of industrial chemicals as fertilisers, and mono cropping turned the land increasingly barren. On top of it, extensive use of pesticides made the rural heartland a poison well and triggered a huge increase of diseases including childhood cancer and various other auto immune and birth defects.
Today the proud Punjabi agricultural heritage is all but ruined. Youngsters do not want to remain in farming. Most like to migrate out. There is a huge influx of Sikhs all over the world, but mostly in lands where agriculture was possible with lots of land, such as USA and primarily Canada. The least cold and temperate province of Canada, British Columbia, has a large concentration of Sikh people who have now become rich through their industriousness and involvement in farming. But I am afraid they are going to suffer from pretty much the same thing that happened to Punjab – i.e. excess toxification of land, food and people, through over reliance of agro-chemical dependent non-sustainable easy-fix type of agriculture that is already well established in North America.
Meanwhile back in India, the rest of the country started rising economically and it became increasingly evident that the future of Punjab is better off remaining within a rising India than separate from it. So the Khalistani movement died out there. Also, demographic changes, intermarriage and young moving away from Sikh practices of appearance and apparel, has made the Sikh people no more a majority in Punjab. Today, 52% are Hindu and 48% Sikh, with almost zero presence of any other faith.
Meanwhile, what is Jalianwallah Bagh massacre. Back in 1919, when India was a British Colony, a large peaceful gathering of unarmed Sikh men, women and children provoked a British army officer, who ordered that the exit routes from the grounds be blocked and troops and machine guns open fire on the trapped congregation. A lengthy barrage of firing resulted in mass killings. There was a deep well in the grounds and many men, women and children kept into the well to escape the bullets and died at the bottom of the well, crushed as more bodies piled on them. It was a gruesome massacre that went unpunished, and left a major scar in the history of the colony, and gave even more momentum for the freedom movement.

Fast forward to the 1970s and 1980s – Canada was to play a significant part in funding and supporting the Khalistani separatist movement in India. The sympathy for a Khalistani state was not the wish of all Sikh in India at the time, but only a smaller radical group. Therefore, the secession could not be achieved politically through the ballot, and was being pursued through violence at the time. By now, the movement is dead in India. But the zeal remains in the minds of the descendants of Sikh Immigrants in Canada to this day, even if the homeland of Punjab has had a demographic change. Back in the 1980s the Sikh immigrants in Canada were involved in the mid air bombing of a Jumbo commercial jet flight out of Vancouver headed to London that killed everybody including a lot of people that were not Indian at all. Not all culprits have been caught.
Now – generation after all that, support for the Khalistani aspirations are suspected to be present in Canada among part of the Sikh community. Even politicians in the Trudeau Government as well as in NDP of the Sikh faith are suspected to harbour similar sentiments and there is fear, in Canada and also in India, that Canada might be used as a tool to re-ignite separatist insurgency and violence in India. Indian government is well aware of it, and is keeping a close eye on the situation. One of the reasons Trudeau is so disliked in India is his suspected harbouring sympathies with the Sikh separatists. The movement is not even popular inside Punjab. That is why the last time he visited India with a large coterie of his politicians including Sikh-Canadians, were given a cold shoulder even by the Punjab government. It was a diplomatic slap in the face for Trudeau, which was kept under the carpet in Canadian media.
Jagmeet Singh of NDP, Canada, suspected of sympathising with Khalistan insurgency
Even Jagmeet Sign, the current leader of the Canadian NDP party which some folks hope might one day gain the power to rule Canada, is suspected of harbouring Khalistani sympathies, although he has not directly said so. He has lent support to the Indian farmers movement, which, by now, appears to have little to do with farming and everything to do with trying to destabilise India.
To me, the links needed to complete the picture involves the globalists plan to use local issues to help topple all nationalist governments and put up puppet regimes that will be the local collaborators to the great global dictator. To me this global dictatorship is in the hands of select few very very powerful unelected individuals that remain shadowy, but are suspected to have all Big Tech corporations such as google, Facebook, Twitter, Amazon, Apple etc in their range along with big money financiers and bankers and medical mafia globalists such as the Rothschilds, the British Royal family, Bill Gates, George Soros. The common term to describe them on main stream media is “Deep State” or “New World Orger” – which is abbreviated to NWO. Covid is suspected to be one of the tools to reset the world to the NWO regime. Rapid population control is part of the agenda, in keeping with the realisation that the planet is in the midst of the sixth mass extinction, and the reason is wholly man made. Man is killing the planet by just his overbearing presence and ever increasing material demand out of the planet which the planet can no more supply and sustain itself, unless either the level of demand per person, or the number of persons, preferably both, can be drastically cut down. There is also a push by Bill Gates, the lord of World Health Organisation, who keeps telling folks of the a) Need for a single world government, not necessarily elected, b) Rapid reduction of world population, c) His belief that all the people of the world need to be forced to take an endless series of vaccines to stay alive, while he himself owns shares of some fifty or sixty vaccine companies across the planet, and d) wants mankind of switch to eating only artificially factory produced meat and vegetables, while he himself wishes to own or be partners to most of this emerging technology of making artificial food for a smaller number of humans left standing on the ground.
I am not joking about any of it. So, the Farmers protest, Greta Thunberg pitching in – Soros pulling strings on the insurgency and Major General Bakshi talking about Khalistani plans to provoke a massive Police response to the vandalism so that lots of Sikhs die again, and then it could be identified as Jalianwallah Bagh massacre 2.0. The original massacre happened in 1919 in British ruled India when British Acting Major General Reginald Dyer ordered troops to fire into a nonviolent gathering of Mostly Sikh and also Hindu unarmed men women and children at a place near Amritsar Punjab, called Jalianwallah Bagh. The massacre killed some 1200 people. Dyer was not convicted nor jailed nor executed for the genocidal crime.
So, coming to close the cycle and connecting all dots. Major General Bakshi was mentioning attempts to create a second Jalianwallah Bagh or a second Tiananmen massacre at Delhi, where a lot of Sikh people would be killed by Police for appearing to be militant extremists that stormed the seat of the Indian governments. Hopefully this would kill lots of Sikhs, so that a new phase radicalised Sikhs could be created to start a second phase of the Khalistan movement. A name so far missing from this tale, is Mr. Mo Dhaliwal, who is accused of having created the toolkit that involved preplanned details of the disturbance ahead of time, and discussed and shared with Greta and the three Indians. This gentleman is thought to be Mo Dhaliwal, whose name comes up often enough in the Indian efforts to expose Greta-Soros link to the toolkit issue.

One way to understand Mr. Mo Dhaliwal’s interests with regard to the Khalistan movement, is to refer to what folks say he wrote directly on Facebook about it, as quoted on https://www.walikali.com/who-is-mo-dhaliwal/. Mr. Mo Dhaliwal is supposed to have posted – “I am a Khalistani. You might not know this about me.”
Mr. Dhaliwal is reported to have urged friends, followers and others to sign a petition against a report published by Ottawa based MLI, or Macdonald-Laurier Institute, Canada’s only truly national public policy think tank based in Ottawa. The report he was protesting, was titled “Khalistan – a project of Pakistan“.

This more or less brings this blog to a close for now, since it is already a bit long. But, this goes to show, for me, the various links that connect Canada with insurgency against India. It still does not connect all other things, like globalists take over, Soros’ grand plan and how all of it is linked, including the current mega-scare-mongering under covid, forced crippling of selective industries and trades, establishment of a global dictatorship, and also the issue of the ongoing sixth mass extinction.
Finally, what is Republic Day and Parade? What is Farmers Movement, and what did Greta Thunberg and others in India do, and where does Mo Dhaliwal fit in?
India gained independence in 1947, but without a constitution and with the King of England as the head of all commonwealth nations, including India. India got engaged in writing a proper constitution for itself, which took three years. The British Royalty was replaced by a President as the ceremonial head of state, and the Prime Minister as decided by elected parliamentarians, was to administer the Government for each five year election cycle. This was called the Republic of India, which was comprised of a number of states. The transition took place on 26th January 1950, the India became a constitutional republic. That day is celebrated with fanfare across the nation, and march past in Delhi, usually comprising of representation from all provinces of all ethnic and cultural groups as well as the defence forces are conducted, and a lot of overseas dignitaries including heads of state and invited as guests.
This year, the trouble took place on that day, planned to cause a major blood bath by the police. The plan got foiled because the police were not ordered to fire upon the lawbreaking Farmers protest groups that entered the heritage red fort area which was similar in a way to the invasion on the capitol area by Americans on the 6th of march. The plan to provoke the farmers into vandalism at the Red Fort and other places of high prominence was hatched by the Khalistani movement, allegedly documented in a google doc toolkit by Mr. Mo Dhaliwal, who in turn shared it with three persons in India as well as with Greta Thunberg. Greta was to give the farmers protest movement international recognition, while the movement was to be a front, for Khalistani separatism.

Some confusion still exists on the connection between Greta Thunberg, the Indian activists arrested, and Mo Dhaliwal of Canada. It is reported that the toolkit was actually prepared by Mo Dhaliwal who also sort of recruited these people to work according to the toolkit, which may have been fine tuned by three activists in India that got arrested. To complicate matters, Greta’s link with George Soros is long suspected, and Soros has been public about his dislike of Modi. To further complicate the issue, Soros also is a major funding source for the political career and movements of Hillary, Biden and Kamala Harris, all of who are known to dislike Modi and would be happy if he was toppled. So, according to the Indian security forces, this is not a joking matter.
Canadian Government of Trudeau has employed a lot of Sikh Canadians into his cabinet. Many are suspected to harbour Khalistani sympathies. His government is propped up from outside by Jagmeet Singh’s NDP. Singh is also suspected to harbour Khalistani sympathies although he has not made any public statement on this. However, he is supposed to have publicly supported the farmers protest movement in India.
This has resulted in a diplomatic row. India summoned Canada’s ambassador in December 2020 and informed him that comments made by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau over protests by farmers near Delhi were an interference in its domestic affairs and would seriously hurt bilateral ties.
Meanwhile Trudeau is unable to source covid19 vaccines in enough numbers to kickstart Canadian immunisation against the virus, which in itself is a highly controversial issue but only one sided views are promoted by main stream as well as Big Tech controlled social media. IN order to get large supply of these vaccines quickly, Canada needs India’s support because India is arguably the largest producer of vaccines both of its own two homegrown brands as well as contracted under licensed vaccines for other brands.
Indian Government, understandably, is pissed at Trudeau. So, to placate India, Trudeau has lately started distancing himself from the Khalistan and Farmers protest issue.
The new India based micro-blogging platform ‘Koo’ app has been a sort of eye opener for me with many issues that are not just India specific, but of global interconnectivity and greatly affects humanity everywhere.
Much of these links or their significance were not known much outside of India. Hopefully, not any more. There are very smart and capable youngsters in India, who have done simple fact finding research to unearth the links mentioned here. I would not have come to know of them without the Koo App. As it happens, YouTube has taken some of these videos down almost as soon as it appeared. I uploaded them on neutral platform that has not yet started muzzling freedom of speech and expression and not working for Soros and gang.
Koo App itself is a reaction to Twitter refusing unto now to act on the information provided by the Govt of India, about fake members from Pakistan using Indian ID and using Twitter to foment insurgency and anarchy in India, especially involving the separatist Khalistani movement. The indigenous Koo App is a Twitter equivalent whose membership within India is rising phenomenally on a daily basis. Many celebrities, notables and Politicians from India are opening accounts. This includes the Prime minister of India, Mr. Modi.
Through this platform I came to know of how fake charity organisations and other investment channels might be used to funnel funds in India to support various kinds of insurgency. The goal is to eventually topple the legitimate and popular government of Narendra Modi.
It also explains to a large extent why Russia and India seem to me to have emerged as a prime target for the globalists – to engineer a topple. And George Soros looms large in this. Though he is suspected to have successfully overturned quite a few smaller countries so that a more friendly ruler could be enthroned, Russia and India are both somewhat larger, with strong people at the helm and are refusing to turn over and be toppled.
India was less in focus five years ago. Putin was then the most prominent bad guy and touted as a dictator in the famous Hillary triggered Russophobia movement, to help topple another nationalist – Trump.
But, five years of hectic GDP growth and economic ascendency of India prior covid has made India too a prime target. Russia has vast resources in men and material. India has even larger resources – mostly of men and market, but also of huge material in way of biomass.
So, with Trump out of the way and USA neutralised, Prime minister Modi of India has joined Putin, being identified by George Soros and party as dictators or persons about to be dictators that deserve to be toppled, democracy be damned. Another thing that brings them together in the geopolitical arena is that both are supported by a majority of citizens that can be considered nationalists, or proud of their nation, heritage and uniqueness and determined to maintain their own identity and to control their own destiny. These are policies hated by globalists. Nationalism should die, so that the whole world can be brought under a single NWO control.
Even Obama and Hillary have been in it. Now with Biden in the White House, the globalist push would get anti-Modi support from the Whitehouse too. That is likely to push Modi back towards Putin to make a joint stand of geopolitical realignment – Nationalists against globalists.
China remains the wild card in the middle of it all, but my suspicion is – the globalists are already in China’s bed. And that makes the situation for both Russia and India, as well as all other nationalists across the planet, quite precarious. We are in for some rough time ahead. Neither Russia, nor India, far as I can tell, is willing to give up without a fight to the death if need be.
So, farmers protest in India is one of many ways insurgency could be slipped into and supported in India. Soros, Greta, Khalistan movement, Indo-Canadians, Trudeau and a whole lot of other issues get super imposed over each other.
That is how I found out about this small channel – String – that makes its own videos apart from supporting the Engineer student. I am sharing this one straight from YouTube. This is in preparation of a second one that is from the Engineering student that focuses more closely on George Soros and his involvement across the planet and his funding various Indian groups mainly to cause destabilisation, tarnish Indian big names, foment street protests and hope to topple the Modi Government.
Thankfully, a lot of young tech savvy and nationalist Indian youth have gotten to help unearth parts of it.

Engineering student exposes Greta-Soros link on India
What are the links between Trudeau, Covid, Vaccine, India and Farmers protest ? You might suspect these are unrelated. You would be justified in thinking that, since these items are not linked on main stream media, are not covered on CBC, nor by the Canadian politicians, and neither on social media, at least in the west.
However, they are very much linked, including Greta Thunberg and the climate change activism, which I consider as mostly a fake front for more serious mischief makers that use convent front end tools to hijack events and usurp societies and governments. George Soros is suspected to be behind some of it. Bill Gates is another high profile person, as are the Rothschilds and their Indian poster boy, Amartya Sen.
The image below covers parts of posts, comments and exchanges that are going on on the Facebook alternative of MeWe, and also the fledgeling Indian micro-blogging platform Koo, and covers a small cutting of a newspaper article where Trudeau is supposed to have claimed that – if the world manages to conquer covid, it would be because of India’s contribution.
Many folks in India recognise Trudeau as anti-India because of its open support of the farmers protest, which, in Canada, has support of Khalistan insurgency groups as well as globalists like Soros and their puppets (Greta etc) that are keen to destabilise India and try to hijack various events such as the farmer’s protest.
It has been known for a while that financial help might be going from Canada to the insurgency groups in India under the pretext of, for example, the farmers protest.
But, Trudeau is caught in a bind. He desperately wants to start mass immunisation program in Canada against covid, but does not have access to the vaccines from anybody, since there is a short supply.
India, meanwhile, is arguably the largest bulk producer of vaccines, both under contract of various branded vaccine makers as well as two different brands of in-house India made vaccines.
So, Trudeau has been calling the Prime Minister of India to help fast track supply of these vaccines to Canada. The Indian PM is well aware of Trudeau’s links with anti-India forces.
So, Trudeau is reportedly creating distance from the farmers protests and beginning to find comments to praise India in an effort to influence its decision of vaccine supplies.
Most Indians have not woken up to the fact that covid emergency could be an engineered panic,. But there are many I personally know, that are not going to have the vaccine and are very skeptical of the goings on.
Meanwhile, according to the news, India’s vaccination program is perhaps the most massive in HIstory of the world. I fear for what happens to them. While voluntary, India is fast tracking efforts to make vaccines available first to the elderly, those with co-morbidity and to front line workers.
Is India to be the guinea pig for the rest of the world.
Meanwhile, the Canadian broadcasting service only mentions that AstraZeneca branded vaccine is being introduced. What they fail to mention is that this is going from India, as if Canada is somehow embarrassed that it cannot seem to get it without India’s help.
I was planning to work in my backyard, repairing my vegetable beds, working with the soil and adding compost, fixing the wooden walls for the raised beds etc. BY late February, plants need to go into the ground from starter pots, or seeds need to go into the ground. Time to work.
But, it was raining and it was cold. Not a good time to be working outdoors. I am not worried about covid, but I might catch a cold and in any case, it is not comfortable working in the rain in the middle of winter in Canada.
So – I got remained grounded indoor and started back at reducing my footprint on Facebook. I had already archived all 20,00 or so pictures from it to my hard drive, and deleted all albums from Facebook. However, the timeline pictures, over 4,600 of them, could be archived but could not be deleted. The delete button seems missing for the timeline photos, in a bulk. And I was not going to search out each of those thousands of pictures and try deleting them one by one.
Somewhere in that effort to find a solution, I ended up going through some of the pictures and they brought back pleasant memories.
Here is a 28 months old set of pictures from a trip I made into rural India to talk glyphosate. I am standing at the edge of a large open field in the rural outskirts of a North Bengal small town called Raigunj, in India. Behind me is a giant flat LED Screen. On the table is a MacBook – connected to the flat screen. In the corner, partially seen, is one of the two large standing boom boxes, or large speakers.
In front of me, and invisible in this picture – are a thousand people, including townspeople, villagers and farmers, women and men, sitting on the ground. Behind them is a line of people standing.
I am telling them, in their local language, the dangers of using pesticides as weedkillers in general in agriculture, and RoundUp/Glyphosate in particular. My trip was arranged there by the local organic farming promoting group called F.I.A.M.
On the screen, is a black and white photograph of a child with Spina bifida (Broken spine) a severe birth defect that is suspected to be the direct result of agricultural women, in early stage of pregnancy, being exposed to glyphosate, which seriously interferes with creation of the blueprint for the foetus, based on which the whole human is created inside the mothers womb.
The pictures is from the interior of Argentina, where a GMO tobacco plant, designed with genetically modified tobacco was grown in a Hughe plantation in the middle of a large jungle and away from big towns. The tobacco was designed to withstand being sprayed by glyphosate, which would kill all other weeds, insects and pretty much everything else around the plants but allow the tobacco to grow. Many young women that worked as farm workers were engaged to spray glyphosate over the plants, using sprayers that were carried as backpacks. Some of these women were pregnant at the time, and got exposed to breathing this glyphosate. Some developed serious ailments down the line, often months or even years after the exposure. But many others that were in early phase of pregnancy, gave birth to live babies with severe and almost untreatable birth defects. All were poor living in remote areas away from urban centres. High quality medical care was not available. Nobody told them glyphosate was the likely cause. So the women just took is as bad luck, and cared for the these children the best they could.
Years later, an Argentinian photographer, Pablo Piovano, toured these areas on a motorcycle and with a camera, searching for women that sprayed glyphosate on the tobacco plants to check if any suffered from illness. That is when, years after the fact, a new story began to emerge – newborns with severe birth defects, apart from serious illness and death of elders. He photographed them, interviewed the parents and collected it all to be published, under Spanish name of “Costo humano de las agrotóxicas” (Human cost of agrotoxins). Eventually, I saw a copy of it, and asked permission to use some of the images in my trip to interior India, to warn farm workers against use of glyphosate. I obtained the permission. And thus, this picture became part of my hour long presentation in this rural corner in India back in 2018.
The child in this picture suffers from Spina Bifida (broken spine) and cannot stand up straight. As it happens, cases of Spina Bifida among newborns in India is rising rapidly, at the same speed the use of glyphosate in agriculture is rising. History seems to repeat itself, again and again – in different corners of the planet, all linked to the same item.
Today, going through the images, I thought of sharing it on Facebook. Then, a few days later, I thought it deserved a better place – on my blog, and perhaps in a future book.
I have had a comfortable existence on Facebook, the king of the social media platforms so far for a dozen years or so. But like all things, it has gone past the peak for me and the attraction is ebbing. More importantly, I am outraged at how Facebook actively censors public opinion to push the Covid agenda and fear mongering on one side, push unwanted and hated commercials down our throat, and how it bans public officials, including the president of the US, because they do not confirm to their own political agenda.
Facebook has become the face of the denigration of US institutions – free speech being one of them.
I understand how this works for Zuckerberg. With 2.7 billion users, he has monopoly and near absolute power. He has reportedly used computer based artificial intelligence tools to keep people more or less addicted to this platform. And like all addicts, they will stick to their provider of drugs even when they know they are being manipulated.
In other words, Facebook abuses its power to control and shape public opinion. When it comes to covid, it makes sure everybody is scared out of their wits about it, and falling over backward to take whatever tools are doled out by the system. This is in line with most government versions, as many believe, the governments themselves are in the pocket of the New World Order Deep state, and Facebook, along with other big techs like google, apple, amazon – are part of that Deep State.
No, this is no more a conspiracy theory. When conspiracy becomes a fact, then it is no more a theory.
Anyhow, to come back to my original thoughts, I decided getting away from Facebook, just to deny Zuckerberg my own existence to make money on and control. This was easier said that done though.
There were many issues involved with Facebook, even among my own social media circle. For a start, I had nearly 5,000 friends and around 2,000 followers, or some seven thousand people in contact. I would have to leave all of them once I left Facebook. Did I owe them an explanation, or have a dialog to discuss my decision? Well, I thought I would give them a chance to find me elsewhere and either follow me or not, they could then decide.
I have been involved in different ways, protesting the covid narrative and the extreme lockdown and psychological terror being reigned upon the people on earth, keeping them terrified about an invisible virus. Eventually, my friends circle divided into two groups. The earlier contacts – mostly from folks I personally knew and met in the past, by and large felll into the group that are afraid of covid, and falling over each other in wearing a mask and waiting for a vaccine etc. I felt myself more and more out of place there, since my common sense, scientific curiosity and unwillingness to take official verdicts without question, made me a pariah among my original friends. Clearly, I belonged to a different wave length. Subsequently, my contact with the old guard faded, and I made a lots of new friends that knew of me through my activism, my protests, my letters and meetings with elected officials, from my posts, blogs, videos and through my world view. Although they were new, they understood me better and I could align myself with them since we both shared an important common ground – we applied common sense on whatever we saw and heard. We were unwilling to accept what politicians, the TV and Big Tech, or Big Pharma were saying at face value.
I also came from a background of long term activism and doing much of what I did single handedly rather than with a crowd. I was for example, very keen to refocus attention on the lowest rung of our governments, the municipal government – on tax revolt. Idea was simple and did not touch the controversial issue of if covid is real or not. My proposal was, since the economy was reeling due to covid restrictions, everybody was feeling the pinch and tightening the belt. So should the municipality. But property tax was going high instead of being reduced proportionate to the fall in economic activity.
I thought most folks will go along with that. And once we gather strength, one could ask if members are happy to also demand that the municipality either provides its own proof, or demands proof from provincial or federal governments that the selective lockdowns of “non-essentials” do actually stop spread of a virus and that we are actually, in the middle of a genuine life threatening pandemic and not just sponsored fear mongering.
All that was actual boots-on-the-ground activism that I liked, instead of sitting on the virtual media fence and pontificating like a bunch of armchair activists. At first, there was some interest and common ground. We even took pictures and had a preliminary meeting. But it did not go beyond that. The effort was first sabotaged by the Unifythepeople group, and then the rest sort of started splintering on other issues and the whole protest scene started looking more like controlled opposition to me.
This has happened to me in the past often enough during my glyphosate and GMO protesting days, and I knew what controlled opposition meant.
So, combining the facts that
Facebook was abusing its power and protest groups within it were, knowingly or unknowingly, Controlled Opposition,
There was a need to go outside of Facebook to be free of censorship and manipulation.
There was also a need to go to more direct activism
There was a dire need to brainstorm and think through strategies
We face a global problem that needed protest groups to find a way to join hands instead of remain as isolated rabbit holes.
I thought of creating a new group outside of Facebook but inside of virtual social media, to attract like minded people, a small group, to essentially brainstorm and look for solutions and paths towards things to do on the ground.
Same time, I also had moved from YouTube to BitChute and closed my WhatsApp account, and reduced my footprint on Facebook and twitter. My online behaviour was undergoing a fundamental change.
In 2004, at age 47 with a busy practice and three children, I started a 2-year master’s degree in Bioethics at the University of Toronto. Why? This may sound bizarre, but at that point, despite having practiced medicine for more than 20 years, I really did not understand what I did for a living. My time at U of T proved highly beneficial and I would like to share with you what I learned.
The practice of medicine has been around in one form or another for thousands of years. Its premise seemed fairly straightforward: good people doing good things for good reasons in the hope of improving both the quantity and quality of life of others.
It might seem that such a premise would be foolproof. Afterall, what could go wrong with such a wonderful triad of good people, good actions and good intentions?
Less than a century ago elderly patients in nursing homes were injected with cancer cells, without their or their family’s knowledge, in the hope of understanding more about cancer.
The Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment ran for four decades (finally ending in 1972!) during which black men were deprived of available literally lifesaving treatment for syphilis (again without their knowledge) in order to understand the natural progression of syphilis.
During World War II, prisoners were placed in the path of explosives in order to devise the most lethal and sublethal design for explosives to be used against the enemy in order to maximize the likelihood of Germany winning the war. It goes without saying that these extremely unfortunate individuals did not consent to such ‘studies’.
You may be asking yourself what kind of monsters would do such things? (And note that all of these events occurred within the last 100 years. We don’t even want to imagine what happened in the medieval ages and before!)
Shockingly, the people either initiating or monitoring such ‘research’ mentioned above were not monsters at all. Many had families and successful professional careers. They were researchers, scientists, experts, and medical doctors all sincerely believing that they were good people performing good research with the best of intentions, the betterment of the rest of humankind.
What they didn’t understand, and few people did at the time or before, was that good people, good actions and good intentions are necessary but NOT sufficient to ensure that bad things don’t happen. What they failed to realise was that in any endeavour involving two different individuals or groups of individuals, the ones performing the acts must engage the other party, the receivers of such actions, using a process referred to as consent, in order to make the situation maximally ethical.
In other words, a fundamental and core principle is that every human life is sacred and must be granted equal respect for making decisions about what is done to them, even actions designed to be beneficial. No matter what the reason or potential for good, we ought not use people like things to advance our agendas, no matter how well-meaning.
The discipline of Bioethics arose in the 1950’s from such a principle, particularly in response to the heinous research experiments above. The concept of consent involves three aspects: 1) Capacity (the ability to make rational decisions); 2) Disclosure (the transmittal of information necessary to make decisions); 3) Voluntariness (the right to make decisions freely).
Many people have been worried about COVID. I have been much more concerned with the ethics undergirding our response to it. In particular, I refer to the issue of consent.
Rational thought plays a key role with respect to capacity in the consent process, both for the person or group offering the treatment or therapy as well as the person or group receiving it. Such rational thought requires the use of reason to justify interventions in a transparent, consistent and fair manner. Science is one of the best tools we have for accomplishing this. But it has become clear to me that there is often very little science, or consistently applied scientific principles, being used in managing this COVID crisis. Rules, protocols and theories change daily it seems.
More worrisome still is the lack of disclosure. I have witnessed a lot of opaqueness with respect to the scientific basis for the models used for decision-making during this crisis, the predictions regarding the efficacy of the interventions (such as lockdowns, masks, etc.) and the monitoring of the actual effectiveness of interventions which have been instituted. When I ask people what a ‘case’ is, no one seems to know. When I ask a particular person what their risk is of getting or dying of COVID is, they have no idea; they are just very scared. When I ask how much they can reduce their risk by wearing a mask, again I am met with a face that has gone blank.
Even worse, there is little acknowledgement and even less monitoring of the downside to many of our measures. All medical interventions carry risks, whether we like to admit to it or not, and it is unethical to deny or minimize them and for COVID the measures have put us at risk of: postponement of necessary treatments of other diseases; the adverse effects of social isolation and suspension of normal daily activities like working, exercising, fresh air, socialization of children, visiting elderly relatives with short life expectancies, loss of support for addictions, etc.; exacerbation of poverty; business loss and job loss in addition to the tremendous costs of sustaining the economy; increased child and spousal abuse, often in the context of increased drug and alcohol use; increasing anxiety and depression and suicide; and the list does not end here.
But the most worrisome aspect is the lack of voluntariness. There are times when our individual civil liberties can be justifiably suspended by the government. Such situations include, for example, guilt in engaging in activities deemed illegal by prior consensus of the judicial and parliamentary systems. Another example is when one is deemed to be behaving in an unduly dangerous manner to themselves or others and they can be hospitalized for psychiatric evaluation. A final example is when one has a known, serious, communicable infectious disease, such as tuberculosis, and the authorities have the right to have you quarantined for a brief, definable time until the period of contagiousness has passed.
But these are serious situations with very specific, time-honoured guidelines established after thorough vetting via publicly elected or appointed representatives. Suspending the civil liberties of individuals, let alone entire societies, is not to be done lightly. The benefits must be both commensurate with the seriousness of the potential harm and obtainable with no lesser intervention. I posit that the benefit of the present interventions does not justify the risks and harms that the interventions produce both now and in terms of future repercussions. I do not believe that COVID is sufficiently lethal nor serious enough a pandemic to justify such heavy-handed measures. I do not believe that these measures should be instituted without hearing from scientists who hold opinions that are contrary to the present narrative. Free speech is critical in a free society and censoring those with alternative viewpoints is highly dangerous. We did not elect any politicians because of their platform for managing a pandemic and in a democracy the citizenry have not only the right but the duty to ask questions and request complete transparency from their elected officials in such a unique set of circumstances. We must develop a way for the electorate to have some say in how this pandemic is managed. It is too important to leave it to a few experts and politicians unchecked. Centuries of medical and political disasters should have proven that to us. Democracy may not be a perfect political system, but it has proven to be the best one we have. Let’s demand that it function as designed and not slip into a totalitarian state or a self-serving oligarchy of the world’s most rich and powerful which is only accountable to itself.
So, for example, it is one thing to be quarantined for 2 weeks if I have known, active tuberculosis until medications become effective, but it is something else entirely to tell me who I can and cannot have Christmas dinner with in my own home when neither I, nor my invitees, are known to have any serious communicable disease at all.
I know that everyone of us, myself included, are scared when our health or life may be at risk. But we will not be happy with the results of any interventions if we do not control our emotions well enough to be able to think and act rationally using the process of consent. We have proven that; that’s why bioethics came to exist, thank goodness. Panicking, letting fear control us, and reverting to denial and avoidance are not mature management plans in the long-term.
I make a special appeal to those over age 55. I am 63 years of age and I feel very blessed to have made it this far and to live in a country as free and safe as Canada. But I am in the twilight of my life, whether I want to admit to that or not. Like many people my age, I do not have to worry about losing my job or business; we generally have more financial security than when we are first starting out in life. So, I believe very strongly that we need to speak up, particularly for our children and grandchildren who may not have the freedom, opportunity or wisdom to do so. We need to ask those difficult questions about the short- and long-term effects of these measures on our younger citizens. That includes physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual and particularly financial aspects. We need to come out from under our beds, stop shaking in fear, cease to be obsessed with only our personal safety and demand transparency and accountability from the experts and leaders, even though they are good people, with good ideas and good intentions! That’s ethics in action and we owe it to future generations.
I know that in writing this article I am likely to scare a lot of people who are already very scared. I know that I am likely to irritate a lot of people who are very scared. But having obtained a degree in bioethics I feel morally compelled to do so. For far too long people turned a blind eye to abominable behaviours by believing that good people doing good actions with good intentions guaranteed good results. Sadly, without consent, they don’t. So, it is time that experts and politicians were made to face up to this reality.
Let’s each of us make a New Year’s resolution to contemplate these ideas, spread the word to those we know and love and ask that they do the same. Never underestimate how much good a little grassroots courage can accomplish!

আমার জন্ম ভারতবর্ষে। আমি ভারতের নানা প্রদেশে ও নানা শহরে শিক্ষালাভ করেছি। বর্তমানে আমি কানাডার বাসিন্দা ও নাগরিক এবং পেশাতে এক অবসরপ্রাপ্ত ইঞ্জিনিয়ার। কোভিড নিয়ে নানা সরকারের নানা যুক্তিহীন কার্যকলাপের দর্শক হয়ে আমি যে উদ্বেগ ও আশঙ্কা বোধ করছি, তার চাপে পড়ে আপনাকে এই ছিঠিটি পাঠাতে বাধিত হলাম। এই ব্যাপারে আমি কানাডার প্রধান মন্ত্রী শ্রী ট্রুডো এবং অন্যান্য রাজনৈতিকদেরও লিখেছি। শীঘ্রই ভারত সরকারের শীর্ষপদাধিপতি শ্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদীকেও লিখব।
মিডিয়া এবং দুএকটি ব্যতিক্রম বাদে সব সরকার দিন রাত সর্বত্র উচ্চরবে কোভিড-নামা মন্ত্রবুলি আওড়াচ্ছে – যাতে বলা হচ্ছে যে কোভিড হল শতাব্দীর সবচেয়ে ভয়ংকর, দেশব্যাপী ও বিশ্বব্যাপী মহামারি, যাতে কোটি কোটি লোকের প্রাণহানির সঙ্কা আছে যদি না লোকেরা কঠোর চিকিতসা নির্দেশিকা ও সীমাবদ্ধতা মেনে চলে। এই বিধিনিষেধ তালিকায় আছে –
অপ্রয়োজনীয় সব ব্যাবসা বাণিজ্য, লেনদেন কারবার বন্ধ করতে হবে। কোনটা প্রয়োজনীয় এবং কি অপ্রয়োজনীয় তা সরকার ঠিক করবে।
লোকজনের একত্রিত হয়ে মেলামেশা থামাতে হবে। একে অন্যের থেকে ছয় ফুট দূরে থাকতে হবে। কোলাকুলি হাতধরা সব বন্ধ।
নাক-মুখ ঢাকা, শ্বাস-প্রশ্বাস হ্রাসকারী মাস্ক বা মুখোশ লোকজনের সামনে সবাইকে পরে থাকতে হবে।
কোভিড-উপস্থিতি নির্ণয়কারী অপ্রমাণিত কিছু টেস্ট পালন করতে যতদূর সম্ভব বাধ্য করা হবে সাধারণ নাগরিককে, তাকে কোভিডে ধরেছে কিনা জানতে, সে সুস্থ হোক বা না হোক।
দেশ জুড়ে অনাবশ্যক ভ্রমণ বন্ধ। কোনটা আবশ্যক আর কোনটা নয়, তা সরকার ঠিক করবে, নাগরিকরা করবে না।
যাদের সরকার মনে করছে কোভিড সংক্রামিত বা সংক্রমনের উপযুক্ত – তাদের নিজের বাড়িতে কারারুদ্ধ থাকতে হবে কয়েক সপ্তাহ, সে অসুস্থ হোক বা না হোক।
যারা এই আপাত প্রতারণার প্রতিবাদ করছে এবং এর বৈজ্ঞানিক বিশ্লেষণে আগ্রহী তাদের গনস্বাস্থ বিরোধী ঘোষনা করে মুখ বন্ধ রাখা এবং তাদের কথা মিডিয়া থেকে দূরে রাখা হোক। বেশি প্রতিবাদ করলে চাকরি বরখাস্ত এমনকি হাজতবাস।
কোভিড মুক্তির যাদু টীকাগুচ্ছ যেই বাজারে আসবে, তক্ষুনি সবাই যেন তাদের নিঃশর্তভাবে বারংবার নিতে রাজি থাকে, এবং টীকার নিরাপত্তার প্রমাণ দাবি করে যেন মিছিমিছি অনর্থ না পাকায়।
আরও নানা শর্ত আশা করা যায় জনতার ঘাড়ে চাপবে দিনে দিনে।

কিন্তু দুঃখের কথা, যা আমার জন্মের দেশ ভারতবর্ষ, কিম্বা আমার গৃহীত দেশ কানাডা আজ অবধি করেনি, সেটা হল – নিজের দেশে, নিজেদেরই বিশেষজ্ঞদের নিয়ে, একটি আভ্যন্তরীণ তদন্ত চালানো এবং নিরপেক্ষ ভাবে নির্ধারণ করা এই কোভিড ইনফ্লুয়েঁজাটি ঠিক কতটা ভয়ংকর, কতটা দ্রুত ব্যাপ্তিশিীল বা কত তাড়াতাড়ি ছড়াচ্ছে, যেই টেস্টগুলি করা হচ্ছে তাতে সত্যিকারের কোনও ভয়াবহ ভাইরাস ধরা পড়ে, নাকি কানা খানা গানা ঘানার মত যা খুশি তাই অবাস্তব ও জালিয়াতি রিপোর্টে বেরোচ্ছে, কোভিডকে মহামারি বা অতিমারি ঘোষণা করাটা কি পুরোপুরি প্রমাণিত ও সমর্থনীয় ? এবং তারই সঙ্গে এটাও বিচার করা হষনি যে ঔ ছোট ব্যাবসাগুলো বন্ধ করে গরীবদের পেটে লাথি মারা, মেলামেশা বন্ধ করা, তাদের মানসিক স্বাস্থ্যের ওপর যুদ্ধ ঘোষণা করা, লোকের যাতায়াত বন্ধ করা, সুস্থ সবল লোকজনদোর জোর করে নিজগৃহে কারারুদ্ধ করে রাখা – এই সব করে কি সত্যিই কোভিড রুখছে না সবই ভানুমতির খেল ?
যে প্রশ্নের নিপীড়নে আমি বিহ্বল তা হল, কেন স্বাধীন দেশের সরকাররা এক বিদেশী, অনির্বাচিত প্রতিষ্ঠানের অপ্রমানিত সংকেত বানীতে, এক কথায়, বিনা বিচারে, নিজেদের দেশের স্বাধীনতা, স্বসন্ত্রতা, মুক্তি, বানিজ্য, অর্থনীতি, সামাজিক সংগঠন, লোকসম্পদ ও ভবিষ্যতকে বিসর্জন দিতে রাজি হল। এরকম আত্মঘাতী অপকর্ম করার দূঃসাহস পেল কি করে সরকার? এর মূলে কি আছে ?
এই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ জ্বলন্ত প্রশ্নের উত্তর এখনও পাইনি।
মনে হচ্ছে যা চলছে তা যেন এক দেশ জোড়া সরকারী মহা দুরাচার। এর পেছনে যেন সন্ত্রাসী দেশদ্রোহীতার পরিকল্পনা আছে। এই চক্রান্তের কলকাঠি নাড়ছে যেন বিশ্বব্যাপী এক ষড়যন্ত্রীদল, যার মধ্যে লোক ঠকানো, শোষণমূলক মেডিকাল কূ-চিকিৎসকদের গোষ্ঠী এবং ব্যাঙ্ক ও কর্পোরেট সৈন্যদল যুক্ত।
এরই মধ্যে আমি চেষ্টা করেছি, এবং আরও করব, যাতে কানাডার কোনও না কোনও স্তরের সরকার রাজি হয় কোভিডের অস্তিত্ব, তার প্রাণনাশক তীব্রতা, এবং সরকারী বাধানিষেধের কার্যকারিতা নিয়ে স্বাধীন নিরপেক্ষ ও স্বচ্ছভাবে ভাবে তদন্ত শুরু করে। এই স্বতন্ত্র ও নিজস্ব পরীক্ষা করতে ভারত সরকার অন্য অনেক দেশের মতই অনিচ্ছুক। এই কারণেই আমার সন্দেহ হচ্ছে যে কোভিডের ছুতো দেখিয়ে, এক বিশ্বব্যাপী ষড়যন্ত্রে যোগ দিয়েছে নানা দেশের রাষ্ট্রীয় এবং প্রাদেশিক সরকাররা, যে দলে ভারত ও পশ্চিম বঙ্গ সরকারও হয়তো রয়েছে। এই ষড়যন্ত্রের কলকাঠি নাড়া হচ্ছে বাইরে থেকে এবং এর মূুলে হয়তো কিছু অতি সমৃদ্ধ ও ক্ষমতাবান করপেরেট ও ব্যাঙ্ক গোষ্ঠীর এক নতুন পৃথিবী লুণ্ঠনের পরিকল্পনা কাজ করছে।
দয়া করে কিন্তু বাছাই করা করপোরেট ধ্বজাধারী মেডিকাল গোষ্ঠীর রিপোর্ট পেশ করবেন না এই বোঝাতে যে পণ্ডিতরা বলছে কোভিড সত্যি এবং ছোটখাটো দোকান ব্যবসা বন্ধ করা, মাস্ক পরা, হাত ধোয়া, পারস্পরিক দূুরত্ব রাখা, টীকা নেওয়া ইত্যাদি সবই প্রয়োজনীয় এবং বৈজ্ঞানিক সত্য। এদের পূর্বপুরুষরাই একদিন বলেছিল ডিডিটি বাচ্চাদের গায়ে ও মাথায় মাখলে মশার আক্রমন বা অন্য পোকামাকড়ের রোগ থেকে রক্ষা পাওয়া যায়। তারাই একসময় বড়াই করে বলত গর্ভবতী মহিলারা যদি ভাল সিগারেট খায় তবে তাদের মন ও শরীর ভাল থাকে, গর্ভস্থ সন্তানের কোনও ক্ষতি হয়না এবং এই মহিলাদের নবযুগের সচেতন নারী বলে চেনা যায়। এই রকম করপোরেট বুলি শুনতে আমি রাজি নই এবং এদের বিজ্ঞতাকে আমি একতরফা এবং বিপজ্জনক মনে করি।
এই দৃশ্যপটের সামনে তাই আজ আপনার সরকারকে আবেদন করছি – এই কোভিড মহাকাব্যের আপাদমস্তক সব কিছুর পুঙ্খানুপুঙ্খ তদন্ত করুন, বাইরের অতিপণ্ডিতদের কথায় কান না দিয়ে। এই নিরীক্ষার জন্য উপযুক্ত নিরপেক্ষ কর্মণ্য কুশলীদের নিযুক্ত করুন, যাদের রাজনীতি, টাকা বা চাকরির লোভ বা ভীতি দেখিয়ে লক্ষভ্রষ্ট করা যাবেনা। জনগনের সামনে তাদের পরীক্ষা ও রিপোর্ট তুলে ধরুন এবং জনগনকে তা স্বতন্ত্রভাবে জাচাই করার সুযোগ দিন। যদি এই সব জরুরি কাজ আপনার সরকারের নাগালের বাইরে থাকে, তবে কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারকে দাবী করুন এই কাজে নামতে এবং যতদিন এর যথার্থ প্রমাণ না পেশ করা যাচ্ছে ততদিন আপনার সরকার কোভিড নিয়ে কোনও বাধানিষেধ মানবে না – তা জানিয়ে দিন দিল্লিকে।
আর যদি মনে করেন কোভিডের ষড়যন্ত্রের পেছনের মহাসত্য প্রকাশ করলে আন্তর্জাতিক আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠান গুলি আপনাদের অর্থনৈতিক স্বাধীনতা ধ্বংস করে রাতারাতি দেশকে কপর্দকশূন্য দেউলিয়া করে দেবে, তবে জনগনের কাছে সত্য স্বীকারের সাহস রাখুন এবং জানান যে প্রাদেশিক ও কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারকে কোভিডের নামে অর্থনৈতিক হুমকি দিয়ে ব্ল্যাকমেল করা হচ্ছে।
যদি সরকার সত্যি বলতে অরাজি থাকে, জল আরও ঘোলা করে, এবং নাগরিকদের হেঁয়ালিতে সম্মোহিত, ভুল ভ্রান্তিতে বিহ্বল এবং মিথ্যা ভয়ে আতঙ্কিত করে রাখার সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়, তবে স্বাধীন চিন্তাবিদরা এটাই সন্দেহ করতে পারেন যে নেতা নেত্রীরা দেশের ও দশের বিশ্বাসঘাতকতা করছে এবং এই কূকর্মে জড়িতদের কারাবাস হওয়া উচিত।
একটি প্রদেশের নেত্রী হয়ে আপনার সরকারের মনবল আছে কিনা এই মহারোগের মহাষড়যন্ত্রের স্বতন্ত্র সত্যানুসন্ধানে লিপ্ত হতে তার বিচার আপনারা করবেন। মনে করি এই চিঠির আবেদনকে উপেক্ষা করে একে বাকি আবর্জনার সঙ্গে ট্রাশ করাটা আনেক সোজা হবে, এবং হয়ত সেটাই আপনি ওপরওয়ালার দেওয়া নির্দেশ ও কর্তব্য ভেবে পালন করবেন।
তাই আমিও, এক বিশ্ব নাগরিক হিসেবে, আমার কর্তব্য পালন করব – এই চিঠিটি সর্বজনীন করে, সবার সামনে প্রকাশ করে।
কিন্তু, যদি আপনার সরকার বিস্ময়কর ব্যতিক্রম দেখিয়ে সত্যিই কোভিড বিচারে নিযুক্ত হন, বা রাষ্ট্র সরকারের কাছে প্রকাশ্যে দাবী রাখেন কোভিড-সংক্রমন-বিপদ এবং তা রোখার পদ্ধতির উপযোগিতার প্রমাণ পেশ করতে, তবে আমার বিচারে আপনার সরকার তার সাংবিধানিক কর্তব্য, অর্থাত নাগরিকদের সুরক্ষা করা, তা পালন করবে, এবং সাথে সাথে আমার অকৃত্রিম প্রশংসা ও শ্রদ্ধা অর্জন করবে।
আপনার সরকারকে এই অন্তর্দর্শন ধ্যানের অহ্বান জানিয়ে শেষ করছি।

Subject: Covid-19 and destruction of liberty, economy, science and society of Bengal
Honourable Chief Minister Bannerjee,
I was born and schooled in various towns and provinces of India but am now a citizen and resident of Canada. I am an engineer by profession. I write this letter to you conveying my concern involving the way governments including yours is handling the covid-19 situation. I have also expressed the same view to the Prime Minister Trudeau, as well as many other elected politicians here in Canada. I aim to send also another note with the same message to the current Prime Minister of India, Mr. Modi, shortly.
Media and the governments in most nations, barring a few exceptions, are incessantly chanting on a new mantra which claims covid-19 to be an all consuming once in a century pandemic, and that to save mankind, one has to follow strict medical guidelines which up to now include:
Shut down of non-essential businesses
Denying people’s right to assemble, and enforcing social distancing
Wearing a mask in stores and other enclosed spaces in presence of others
Use unproven testing schemes to determine if a person is infected or not, irrespective of if the person is sick or healthy.
Restricting travel
Enforcing quarantine for people either suspected of being infected, or as safety measure after travel.
Being prepared to take vaccines as soon as they arrive,
There may be more items to follow. Some politicians are claiming that this covid threat will remain for a few years before things can go back to something faintly resembling normalcy.
However, I have noted that neither my birth country, India, nor my adopted country, Canada, have conducted any in-house independent, transparent and verifiable assessment of the covid threat, and neither have they checked if any of the restrictive measures listed above actually work to prevent movement of any virus from person to person or from air to person. Essentially, governments are putting their national and provincial economy, liberty, wealth and future to the sword, simply based on third party hearsay. Even worse, the World Health Organisation, which categorised covid-19 as a pandemic, have themselves not provided verifiable proof of the dangers of covid or the usefulness of the economic shut downs and personal restrictions.
The burning question in my mind is – why are governments agreeing to commit what to me appears to be little more than a propaganda to destroy selective small businesses, enforce mass impoverishment, and bring in forced medication for a huge windfall profit for big Pharma. It also looks like a backdoor terrorist attack to destroy the wealth of nations and that of the common man, in an organised massive transfer of wealth from the poor to the rich, while promoting a new age of global dictatorship and shutting down of personal freedom, rights and liberty.
I have tried, and am continuing to try, to get some layer of the Canadian government to commit to assess the covid threat and if no proof of danger is found, to declare this as fake and engineered conspiracy to bring in a new form of fascism to help the corporate takeover of the planet.
Meanwhile I write this note as another appeal to ask you to either conduct your own, unbiased, transparent and verifiable assessment of the reality of the virus called sars-cov-2 that is reported to cause an illness named covid-19, and the usefulness of any of the restrictive measures being enforced, encouraged or allowed by your governments.
If however, your government is following the diktat of the World Health Organisation because it is afraid of financial repercussion of not complying with their suggestions, then your government should have the grit, the spine and the guts to own up to the public, that their society is being blackmailed into covid compliance.
Where governments are not at all coming clean on the covid issue, I cannot help but conclude that the political class are in essence acting treasonous and that the responsible politicians should be in prison.
In closing, I would add that I really do not believe you, as a chief minister of a province, will have the wherewithal, the courage, or the gumption to act upon this letter. It is more convenient to just trash it. In that, I suppose you will do your duty of following the globalist suggestion of keeping the covid issue under a veil of secrecy and obfuscation.
Therefore I intend to also perform my duty as a world citizen – of making this letter public.
If however, miracles still happen, and you decide to conduct your own in-house, honest, transparent and verifiable assessment of the covid threat and let the public scrutinise it, or demand that the Modi government does the same before you will allow Bengal to be put under any restriction – then you shall have performed your own sworn duty of protecting the interest of the people, and also earn my genuine admiration.

This is my ongoing effort to digitise and freely distribute a small booklet written by my mother, Sujata Mitra, back in 1954 when she was 29 years old. It covers her social work in rural reconstruction in a small 24 family village in eastern India, where all inhabitants were Hindu, but divided in multiple castes.
The story is both touching and heart wrenching, describing the plight of the womenfolk of all clans, but particularly the lower castes and untouchables. It also shows how life was a few years before polygamy was outlawed for all citizens of India, with the exception of the Muslims. That happened in 1956, except for Goa, a Portuguese colony on the west coast of India, where bigamy remained legal till it was annexed by India in a military operation in the 1960s.
I could have just scanned the pages of the booklet and converted it into a pdf file for distribution. However, I decided to retype the write up, word by word instead. There were many reasons. Primarily, I wished to retrace my mothers footsteps of that era. Her work on that village started when she was 26 years old, and I was merely a year old toddler. The story ends when she was around 28 and I was three. It got published when she was 29.
This paints a very personal, heartwarming and also heart wrenching story of rural India, particularly of rural Bengal. It helped me see the world through her eyes, a world that was to fast disappear under the churning of the juggernaut of modernism. The story concentrates on some of the village women and it paints the extreme condition, mistreatment and harshness of existence for some of the unfortunate women, forced into marriage as a child and abandoned or widowed early in life.
It also shows the power of observation of Rabindranath Tagore in his efforts to start rural reconstruction and focus on women’s liberation and empowerment generations before rest of India was to wake up to it.
I find myself in a unique position where both my grand father and m mother were personally, directly and also indirectly influenced by Tagore’s views of rural India and the notion that, without progressive and inclusive reconstruction of the village and upliftment of the womenfolk, India had no future.
Today, the world along with India, is busy destroying its village culture, or what little remains of it, in a headlong rush of imported modernism, where there must be a massive shift of wealth out of the villages and out of the pockets of the poor, onto citifies, corporations and into the hands of the few.
Tagore had personally written long English essays in warning, generations before the west or the east was to become conscious of these factors, in his essays such as “Robbery of the soil” and crisis of civilisation.
Anyhow, I find the story as penned by my mother, describing her own day to day interaction with the village women of Nirbanpur, West Bengal, a pathbreaking view for me to trace my own identity. We are all products of village India, one way or another.
This is a work in progress. I am thinking of finishing this as an e-book, both in its original Bengali language as well as an English translation by myself. I am also toying with the idea of converting it into an audio book by reading the text myself and also reading out the translation in English.
