It will start at 7pm and the event will be hosted by John Volpe. Dr. Theirry Vrains talk will be followed by a panel discussion featuring local representatives. The event is by donation. Dr. Thierry VrainÕs presentation, The Gene Revolution will: 1.explain what genetic engineering is, how it began, and how it has progressed. This will be facilitated through a slide presentation, citing the latest scientific studies; 2.define the documented effects of GE foods and how that relates to human health; and 3.discuss what the future holds for us if GE foods are not stopped.
