Shiv Chopra and Thierry Vrain are not alone.

There are thousands and thousands of Canadians that are worried about the degradation of soil, air, water, food and health that is happenign in Canada in the name of "Development" and "Export". They no longer believe the evasive and confusing lingo coming out of the politicians. They are aware that most of the political parties are beholden to Corporate big money and have abandoned their core responsibility of taking care of their constituents and focus on items of public interest, instead of private interest.

The mainstream media, in the same boat at the political parties, are also beholden to corporate sponsorship and are abandoning their social responsibility.

Canadians are aware of these changes. It is for these reasons that alternate news outlet and social media have gotten so big. It is for these reasons that citizen journalists today can be rated higher that professional and highly paid mainstream journalists in terms of character integrity, power of observation, unbiased and clear thinking, and in refusing to be influenced by big money.

And so, the rest of us - not under the yoke of Corporatocracy, are here in support of the last few remaining scientists in Canada that are not yet muzzled by the Government - to speak freely.
